The "birth certificate" claimed by the Barack Obama campaign is not certified as authentic and appears to be a photoshopped fake.

Janice Okubo, Director of Communications of the State of Hawaii Department of Health, told Israel Insider: "At this time there are no circumstances in which the State of Hawaii Department of Health would issue a birth certification or certification of live birth only electronically." And, she added, "In the State of Hawaii all certified copies of certificates of live birth have the embossed seal and registrar signature on the back of the document."
So if he were registered as being born in Hawaii, Barack Obama -- because only he or another member of his immediate family could by law request a "Certification of Live Birth" -- must have a certified paper copy, with embossed stamp and seal, or he could request one. But what his campaign has put forward as genuine, according to the senior spokesman in the relevant department of the State of Hawaii, is not in fact a certified copy. It is not valid.
The Obama campaign, however, continues to flaunt the unstamped, unsealed, uncertified document -- notably in very low resolution -- on its "Fight the Smears" website, with campaign officials vowing that it's authentic, sending the image around as "proof" to reporters, and inviting supporters to refer to it as they battle against supposed distortions and calumnies against their candidate. However, the campaign refuses to produce an authentic original birth certificate from the year of Obama's birth, or even a paper version with seal and signature of the "Certification of Live Birth." Nor has it even published an electronic copy with the requisite embossed seal and signature.

The State Department confirmed late Friday that the contractors who gained improper access to Barack Obama’s passport files worked for two Virginia-based companies, after Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice promised a full investigation into breaches that affected all three presidential candidates.
The two contractors fired for snooping into Obama’s records worked for Arlington, Va.-based Stanley Inc. Earlier this week, the 3,500-person company won a five-year, $570-million contract to support passport services at the State Department.
The other company was identified as The Analysis Corporation.

Absolutely correct. He was born in HI, the issue disappears.
And that's really a two pronged proposition--he defeats you by proving he was born in HI; or he defeats you because you can't prove the negative--show he was born in Kenya for example. How secure are the records in Kenya? Do you suppose authorities there are going to preserve evidence that would disqualify him to serve as President of the US?
And I personally think if it does prove out that he was born in Kenya which is the current state of the record as far as I am concerned, the party is over for Obama.
US Military installations are absolutely sovereign US soil, I think Gitmo is good example. Moreover, his birth took place during his father’s commission official USM service. Correct me if I’m wrong, but these points make McCain abundantly qualified and that your argument is rather supercilious, imho.
No government has a monopoly on perpetuity. The 2nd is THE line we all man.

Another excellent point. You can now infer that the purpose of that invasion was to remove documents that would have proven the point and/or insert documents (a fake BC) that would support his position.

You do not need to apologize. Just put it down to “GMTA” (Great minds think alike). Several people cam to the same conclusion after looking at it more closely.
Also, sometimes people who read a thread with a lot of posts may miss a few and this was important information, that if they didn’t catch from some posts, they catch from others.

If you look at the template on photo bucket it’s blank except for two entries. Hour of Birth: 7:24 pm and OAJU.
Isn’t it a coincidence that Obama was born at 7:24 pm the same time that’s on the blank form?

Fine that you think that--how many cases have you argued to the Supreme Court?
Fact that the US Military installations are US sovereign may be correct but even if so, irrelevant to whether someone born there is a "natural born" citizen under the Constitutional test for whether they are legally qualified to be President.
In my opinion, if faced directly with the question, McCain loses that argument before the Supreme Court--he isn't "natural born" and isn't qualified. The founders wrote that clause into the Constitution for the express purpose of excluding citizens, otherwise fine upstanding good US Citizens like Arnold, from acting as President unless they were born in the geographical territory of the US. There just isn't any doubt or reason to conclude otherwise.

Yes he’s toast if it is ever proved he’s lied or fake anything about his birth, or that’s my conclusion. I guess I wonder how secure the HI records really are.
I don't think so. This isn't tin foil territory--this is just looking at documents and facts and figuring out what has happened. Lawyers do this all the time and you have done a very effective job.
Your point about the Photobucket fake is a complete homerun--I think the Clintons don't even know that.
Now- let’s try to figure out what this MEANS.
- How long has it been there? I can’t think of the smart questions to ask- but it IS odd about the time of birth.
- How did this just show up on photobucket?
