"There is no kitsch or obscenity, it is a successful work of art," spa director Alexander Kharchenko told the Associated Press. "An enema is almost a symbol of our region."

Imagine you're in a hospital in Russia. Pain wracks your body as you process some godforsaken virus or bacterial infection through your already overworked liver. You drift in and out of consciousness as wave after wave of hazy messages from your primal mentality crash upon the littered shores of your mind.
Then, without warning, the door creaks and slowly, ever so slowly, the harsh fluorescent glare of the hallway pierces your eyes.
Finally you manage to blink away the tears in your eyes, and you see this totally hot group of nurses standing there, holding this:
What's the next thing that goes through your mind? Yes, FR really wants to know. Please be specific.

The treatment’s not taking yet. Better send in all five nurses.

Hmmmm.reminds me of the opthamologist in a small town in the old South...retiring after 45 years of caring for the community. At a retirement party hosted by the city council, a sculpture of an eyeball was unveiled...to be place din the park in the town square. He was asked to say a few words...and upon taking the podium ...looked over at the sculpture and opened his remarks by breathing a sigh of relief and noting how glad he'd decided early in his medical career NOT to have become a proctologist!

The truth can now be told: Those tapering domes on various Russian churches weren’t inspired by onions, but by enema bulbs.
