WARREN, Mich. -- Police said 20 to 30 men who brutally attacked and robbed a motorist Saturday night may also be responsible for several other violent crimes that took place the same day.
Four people were taken into custody for questioning after a motorist was beaten unconscious.
Police said the incident took place when Andy Kauffman, 29, and his wife, Angelina, were driving on North River Road when more than two dozen men wearing ball caps and baggy shorts spread out across the street and blocked traffic.
Kauffman tried to drive past them and someone threw a brick in his window. Kauffman stopped his car and got out to see what happened.
"At that point at least 12 of the subjects jumped on him, beating and kicking him several times to the point where he was unconscious," Macomb County Sheriff Mark Hackel said. "A second man then got out of the car and also was attacked, but not nearly as bad as the first individual."
A short time later, police were called to a gas station nearby for a fight.
A man who was using the pay phone was beaten. He was not seriously injured, police said.
Police said there were several incidents within a few hours and they fear the same group of attackers was involved.

Kauffman?
maybe one less Dem-Obama supporter now.....could be important in Michigan
My hubby always had the hots for her. I could never see his reason why, but, then I don't see through his eyes. lol
I can't imagine what he saw in her either.
Personal Quotes
About her role on “Maude” (1972): “If the producers needed information in a scene, my character was the one to do it. What I didn’t know is that when I said those things, I was usually walking down a flight of stairs and no one was even listening to me. They were just watching my breasts precede me.”
[on her role in The Cannonball Run (1981)] “All the talent I needed was in my breastbone.”
I don’t think it’s quite that bad everywhere. Of course, it never hurts to be armed....

Oh, of that I have no doubt. I meant the entire country, which I see going that direction, thanks to illegal immigration and identity politics.

Did you read my tagline? ;)
Brutal...And we have politicians and others among us wanting to disarm law abiding citizens?
Insane...
Every law abiding citizen in this country should be able to carry a firearm, given a permit if they want it, without having to pay the government one freaking cent.
Very scary stuff.
This victim might have thought the same thing, until he had his brains beat out by a violent mob, and left unconscious.
Brutal violent crime occurs anywhere and everywhere nowadays.
But we still need to ask government for permission, and pay them in order to remain safe?
Yet you go into any government building, and they have bullet proof windows, surveillance cameras, armed guards, you're scanned, subject to search etc etc....
Government makes sure government employees are safe.
Regular people must pay and apply for protection permits, and then they'll tell you where you are allowed to protect yourself, and if they'll even grant you a CCW.
Interestingly, we don’t hear about violent mob attacks everywhere. Yet. They are news for that reason.

Actually, yes I did...
AFTER I wrote my post to you...

“I’m a little curious about the 5 shot .357.
What is this ?”
Perhaps a Ruger SP101. If so a nice litle pocket rocket.
No, wisdom and experience.
Between her and Angie Dickinson, I didn't stand a chance. lol
You seem to suggest, the rapes, beatings, senseless murders, robberies etc that occur thousands of times a year somehow don't seem to count.
You can be a victim of brutal crime anywhere, at any time nowadays. And yes, violent mob attacks are now happening on a regular basis. We read about them monthly, be it on the streets or in the schools.
On a side note judging from the pack style attacks it looks like wilding is making a comeback. Maybe the midnight basketball league let out early. I hate it when Amish gangs get unruly /s
Yep, I used to cut my eyes over at him when she came on the screen, he’d get a weird look on his face so I let him alone and let him dream. It wasn’t like he was ever going to meet her. :)
“Idiot” My thoughts exactly. I have no desire to kill a person but if I see a gang, carrying baseball bats and they are advancing on my car, I would have no trouble driving over a few of them.
Makes my hand sting just thinking about it.
Why is the grip pointed down?
