Howdy, Sis!

We’re having a thunderstorm here at my aunt’s house...north of Abilene. It sounds so good to me! I wish it were raining in Odessa, too, but nope!

I am on battery and if the storm lasts longer than the battery (3.5 hours) then I’ll have to sign off. Well, maybe I’ll even be in bed before that happens. LOL!

I would love an owl sighting..I’ve stayed up all night many nights..I have seen a lot..I never thought of a camcorder with a motion sensor!

The ravine behind my house that curves around my neighborhood and also backs up against my neighbors across the street provides shelter for critters..though I live in a resdential area.

It’s been lovely here. We went antiquing for a bit this morning, went to see my grandparents’ old ranch house (that now belongs to someone else) and read and napped. How’s that for a NICE Saturday!?
