Hillary Clinton is still in the presidential race, she said today, because "historically, it makes no sense" to quit, and added that, "Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June," making an odd comparison between the dead candidate and Barack Obama.
"People have been trying to push me out since Iowa," she said to the Argus Leader's editorial board.

“The GRAY duck swims”
Nothing to be overjoyed about in any of this. Whether Hillary self-destructs or not, we still face the next four years with an ARAB/MARXIST AS PRESIDENT.
NOW THAT IS SOMETHING TO CRY ABOUT. No way will McCain beat the ARAB MESSIAH!!!
Gub-nah Wallace was riding high in April...shot down in May.
Make that IN JUNE.
Look. No one despises Hillary more than me, but the comment was more stupid and weird than dark and sinister. She was simply explaining why she’s still in the campaign so she pointed out two historic instances where a campaign was still hotly contested as late as June. Here’s the whole quote:
“My husband did not wrap up the nomination in 1992 until he won the California primary somewhere in the middle of June, right? We all remember Bobby Kennedy was assassinated in June in California. I don’t understand it,” she said, dismissing calls to drop out.
In other words, people remember that RFK was still in the race because the date of his assassination seems memorable: June, 1968, just two months after MLK was killed. Even as calculating as her thighness is, I can’t believe she was trying to imply that someone is gonna get bumped off in this campaign. She’s evil, but not that stupid. Just stupid enough to say this so it comes out so twisted. She should have said.
Everyone remembers that my husband was still fighting for the nomination in June, 1992. And, tragically, we all remember that Bobby K was still running in June, 68 when he was assassinate. It would have made it more clear that it was just to highlight the length of the campaign.
That's ok, after reading what you wrote, I barfed up sock lint from 1967. God help our country if she gets in any higher office.

Remember, we’re talking about democrats here - this will not be her downfall
How many of you know what year RFK was assassinated? Do you realize the 40th anniversary of his death is coming up in a few weeks?
Her point is well taken and timely, in memory of RFK.
It has nothing to do with Obama - out here in the real world, most folks actually don't think about Obama 24/7.
There will always be Clintoon sycophants, no matter WHAT they do or say...
“Tripped off his chair...”
“pointing a gun” in a joke is a far cry from actually shooting someone.
Hillary better hope that Obama doesn’t even have a nosebleed before the convention. She just cooked her goose with that gaffe.
Well, so much for the “Dream Ticket.”
***smacks forehead***
Sheesh!
Heck, he'd be lucky to survive long enough to finish his inaugural address...
***smacks forehead***
Sheesh!
Question for eveyone . . .say that Obamessiah actually does get assasinated, how does Hillary address it? Furthermore, could she be arrested for some reason?
I saw this picture on the news last night:
It's a legitimate news story, from this web site:

'Roswell Beacon' distributed to 65,000 north Fulton readers
The Atlanta Journal-Constitution
Published on: 05/21/08A Roswell newspaper is defending a controversial cover illustration that placed Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama in a rifle's cross hairs.
An influential liberal blog featured a post Tuesday on the provocative cover art, triggering a flood of complaints to the Roswell Beacon, a nascent free weekly distributed to about 65,000 north Fulton residents. The article was published May 15th.

We forget that to the left assassination is a legitimate political tactic. She was just thinking out loud.
