Turncoat RINO?
He's still a treasonous bastard.
Not voting for either one of the SOB's.
God Bless and speedy recovery!

You had a big hand in making this McCain bed, and I think its time you slept in it. Hmm...maybe you weren't around for the "McCain, You Traitorous Bastard!" thread. Jim can speak for himself but I'm thinking that lest you come across as too self-righteous there's stuff in this bit of history that maybe you haven't taken into account.

As I recall, you had this to say regarding McCain:
How dare you even think that you are qualified to sit in the oval office! Ronald Reagan’s office! President? Hah! You miserable excuse for a two-bit political hack, you’re not even qualified to shine Ronald Reagan’s boots. If you do run, I’m afraid you’re gonna be at least one vote short. It’ll be a cold day in hell before a traitor like you ever receives my vote. And that’s a campaign promise you can take to the bank.

So..... Jim. Gonna vote for the Marxist?
(I didn’t think so.... Either 3rd party or write-in, huh?)

Jim:
Hasn’t our current president been a “RINO” on certain issues? Yet we got two conservative Supreme Court Justices, the War on Terror, tax cuts and more. There’s no way that Senator McCain, for all his faults, could be half as bad as Senator Obama.

Ask yourself: if this is truly such an important election, where the heart, soul, and the very existence of this country is at stake, why are we running a person who wont win the election? I believe that we will win the election if people don't pull a perot again.
If you have read my other posts, you will realize that I am in great favor of much-needed change. I just do NOT believe that the timing on this is good.

I guess I have to vote for the “turn-coat” Rino. The last time I held my nose to vote was when I voted for Nixon in ‘72 but Dear Lord, look at the alternative; George McGovern.

I hate this, but I have to support the RINO. I just can’t abide the “teach them a lesson” plan. Times are far too dangerous. Sigh.
PS: Good to have you back at the helm, Jim. Hope you’re feeling well.

I’ll vote McCain for two reasons:
1) Our military.
2) He won’t run again in 2012.

I didn’t pick the candidates.
I won’t participate in the death of conservative influence in the GOP. I won’t vote for a liberal Democrat, even with an R after his name.
With any of these three candidates, we are headed for trouble.

Who do I
think will win? Too many variables this early on to tell. ....but the shine is beginning to fade from B-HO's campaign.
Who will I actually be voting for? Hold my nose and vote RINO, of course. Heck, I've been doing it for 20 years, so I'm used to it by now.
To: Jim Robinson
It will be up to the Libs to decide Jim!
This conservative, and all his relatives will not be backing any of the choices offered!

Welcome back Jim!
First I think it will need to be the RINO since we are going to get creamed in the Congressional elections and gridlock is preferable to an all democrat rule.
Then I think the Marxist will be an ineffective leader and the RINO will not, but the RINO will actually work more with the Democrats than the Republicans.
Then I think I should stock up on the essentials.
