We've had rising food prices for the last twenty years...

I've been back to visit family several times over the years and when we stop off to shop at the market, they find me staring at the prices in meat and produce. I tell them that the steak I'm looking at costs $15 or more in the islands. They think I'm talking about at a restaurant.
