It is MAGNIFICENT: the 65th (and probably final) anniversary reunion of the flight crews of The Dambusters! Great video there, too.

The last surviving pilot of that raid is a New Zealander, Flight Lieutenant John Leslie Munro from just down the road in Te Kuiti. He is in the UK for the reunion May 16 2008.

Any chance of requesting “The Dambusters” theme in honor of this legendary 617 Squadron on this, their special reunion please?

The knees are OK tonite, thanks.

However, I split my right shin wide open on St Patrick’s Day nite — it was healing really well up until last week, when it managed to catch a penicillin resistant infection. So I am nursing that tonite, watching old war movies instead of going on Patrol. Hopefully it will settle down soon.
