TARPON SPRINGS - Police were called to the home of DC Madam Deborah Jeane Palfrey's mother on Thursday to investigate her apparent suicide.
Police have confirmed that the dead person is Palfrey who was 52.
Palfrey was dubbed "The DC Madam" by the national media after her arrest for allegedly running an upscale call girl ring in the nation's capitol.
...if they were going to hire someone it would be a professional, and they would just disappear.

Probably the best thing she could have done was release all the black book info ;”they” would never believe it if she claimed to have destroyed the information,and trying to blackmail people who have great power is only going to get you killed.Might as well take them down while making a clean confession yourself. Hanging is generally unusual as a murder method. It’s relatively difficult to make a murder hanging look like a suicide, especially under investigation.
Wonder why all of the media is buying the line from this Moldea character then? He has apparently gone on record saying that she threatened to commit suicide rather than go to jail “three or four times”! She was not going to get more than 5 years at the most according to some reports!

I don’t doubt that, but I bet it has been done before AND gotten away with. I still want to know who has the ‘rights’ to the names in her book now and the ‘rights’ to her book that was being written with this Moldea character.
Someone could have forced her to hang herself by threatening someone she loved.....????? It is too bizarre that now two people involved in this ring have committed suicide. Who is next?
You can bet your bottom dollar that if there were a whole lot of big name Republicans on that list...it would already be public knowledge.. Every last one of them!!
It is very likely that some big time dems were on that list..hence the reason the story has been dropped by the media like a hot potato until now!

I just saw a news report where a Floriduh LEO stated that the the mother said they woke up in the morning and talked and then both of them were tired and that the mother told Palfrey she was going to go lay down and take a nap. That was the last time she saw her daughter alive. Gee, was there something in the OJ?
I checked the address on Google Earth and there seems to be a small shed in the back of the trailer. I also looked at some video from local Fox news affiliate. That shed is not high enough (maybe 5ft. tall, just a walk in.) In Florida, in many cases (as with trailers), most people incorporate a small “storage” or “workshop” under the carport. This being the case, this is where she was found. The 3-wheeled bike in some pictures is moved off to the side of this “storage” area and this is likely where it happened. In these types of rooms the ceilings can be as much as 7 ft. high. Some are even air conditioned thru a vent from the trailer itself. Nylon cord is used with boats and is well suited for Florida weather.
Suicide? I don’t know. It is a possibility... but with another suicide linked there may be foul play. I can’t imagine someone doing something like this when their future
isn’t so bad, do a little time, get out early for good behaviour, book deal, radio talk show host, etc... her options were endless. She was a very smart person. I must say that I feel saddened about this. My prayers go out to her, her family and her friends.
