“Sometimes I wonder if Rush WANTS Hitlery to be President because it would help his rating!”
That’s almost like not washing your hands after using the toilet. I mean, you really should have washed, but if you don’t, you most certainly shouldn’t tell anyone. ;>)

No, he’s not. The Clintons are professional thieves, liars and crooks of the first magnitude. They are practiced, relentless and vindictive. They will actually be able to implement some of their rat brained ideas.
Obama is an amateur, easily beaten in the general.

I believe that 500 or so super delegates have already committed to obama. Obviously they can all change their minds, but as it currently stands she'll need 200 out of the remaining 300 to break her way to catch obama. The numbers are not in her favor. Her argument is that she's won the big states, and if she's not the nominee, many of her supporters won't vote for obama.

I absolutely agree with you, Rush predicted that she would not run for Senate the first time. O with the help of H has been wounded badly, now the powers that be will put her in and either make him vp or something else. NO dems are going to be rioting in the streets, none, they aren't going to be staying home either. They will vote as they always do.

Simple. McCain - for all the problems we have with him ideologically - is no Obama. He doesn't drag a cargo hold of baggage with him like Broomhillary does, and much of hers still hasn't seen the light of day. And there lies the rub - she's like kryptonite to many Obama supporters because of it, and if she slides into the nomination via the back door (or second-story window, or however she plans to burgle it), enough of them have said they'll vote for McCain - or just sit it out - as a matter of spite to tip any 50-50 election in McCain's favor. Hitlary is unelectable nationally, and her supporters are whistling past the graveyard when they talk about capturing the White House. I'm much more concerned about both houses of Congress than I am with whether The Shrew or The Mutt can beat McCain. In short, McCain is the lesser of evils...

Hope they beat each others heads in (figuratively) until the convention and onwards. I match your figuratively and raise you literally.

I meant to say 500 super delegates have already comitted themselves, about 250 a piece.
To: Hildy
When you put it like that...he absolutely will accept the VP slot if its a matter of the party and he will be promised so mnay things..and when he does, itll be a landslide of epic proportion in this country.Indeed, for McCain.
Two hyper-liberal, weak on security, American reviling, elitists can barely keep up with McCain in polls now, and that's with the polls skewed because of Operation Chaos. Further, as election day draws closer, more and more people will look at themselves in the mirror and ponder if they could live with themselves if they voted a couple of Socialists into office, and slink off towards McCain.
An extremely unbalanced ticket like HRC/BHO would be a disaster for them.

Not to worry. Here are the 2 scenarios I see:
If Hillary somehow gets the nomination, the “always looking to be a victim” black community will consider it “stolen”. Hillary would lose at least 1/2 of the black vote and McCain wins going away. Even if she puts Obama on as VP many blacks still won’t accept it, because she would be seen as moving him aside. And it won’t take much of them staying home to kill her chances.
And no way Obama wins vs McCain...even with Hillary as VP. Obama has too many warts that have been exposed during Operation Chaos! Plus a segment of white America won’t vote for a black candidate whether or not they admit it to a pollster.
With that said, I’m certainly not thrilled with McCain. But he IS better than either of the other 2 choices.

I don’t know if he will make sure that she beats him, but I would not doubt it becausethat was the way it was being set up to be. Before Obama threw a monkey wrench in the plan.
If it is between Hillary and Mc Cain Hillary will win.

You are exactly right. Obama would be a Carter Re-dux. Bad but survivable. The filthy witch would be Hitler II. Not survivable.
Not to mention Obama can't beat McCain.
To: ProudFossil
I heard the same thing too on XM’s POTUS election channel. The three hosts kept going on and on about how this shows that this shows how democrats are getting more and more peole excited about their party. They then went on to say that those 10% are going to wind up being the new base of the democrat party and that the republicans have virtually no chance this November because of this. The whole time I was screaming at the radio that these are not new democrats excited about HilBama but that they are republicans participating in Operation Chaos.
But of course, they are media members and, by definition, leftists so of course they couldn’t possibly say this on the air.

In short, yes. The best we'll be able to do is try to keep McCain on a short leash via the grassroots until 2012. A daunting task, to say the least.
