Why isn’t the Hillary’s dyke who surreptitiously recorded the private conversation in a closed fundraiser getting Linda-Tripp treatment?

His dismissive reply is a prime example of his elitist attitude.

This is why we need Obama to win, and get Hildabeast out of the way ASAP. Obama will either be beaten or ineffective.

"I am amused about this notion of elitist, given that when you're raised by a single mom, when you were on food stamps for a while when you were growing up, you went to school on scholarship,"
With this guy, one has to ask, "Is any of this true?" Didn't his grandmother raise him after he left Indonesia? Also, the Food Stamp line seems contrived. Well, his whole persona is contrived...

Further down in the article...
Obama's comments on Tuesday came in response to a man in the audience who said he felt the label of elitist was not far from the label of "uppity," a racially insulting term used against blacks.
Interesting...

There's nothing silly about how the Clinton machine is going to grind up the Obama campaign into tiny little pieces. They're moving in right now with new ads taking advantage of his stupid remarks about small town Americans.
It's going to be relentless, as the Clinton's always are.
Obama’s a clumsy amateur going up against wily professionals with little or no scruples. He hasn't a chance.
To: Earthdweller
The truly silly part is that someone so vile and loathsome could be considered, by anyone, to be among the elite.

Raised by his grandparents, sent to private school, the food stamps must have been when he lived with his mother.
Who knew they had food stamps in the ‘60’s, in Indonesia?

"I am amused about this notion of elitist, given that when you're raised by a single mom, when you were on food stamps for a while when you were growing up, you went to school on scholarship," he told a town hall meeting of U.S. military veterans in western Pennsylvania.
Some of the most snobbish elitest people I know have come from poor or working class backgrounds. It's not the background that matters but the attitude of the individual. Sometimes if someone is ashamed of their background, they become even more arrogant in their attitudes to try to cover up that feeling and in how far they've come away from their roots. (My sister got that way after taking God101 in med school.) I'd bet Obama never bragged about being on foodstamps until he got into politics, where he could use it to try to 'relate' to those he has a disdain for.

O’Bambino stepped in it like no one since Nixon in 1960. Things that he said, even if they were true, one says only to trusted aids and campaign strategists, not to a buncha strangers with thick wallets. The Klintoons are going to kill him, and then kill McDole in November.

if his mother was married to an Indonesian man who was his step father then during his early youth his mother wasn’t a single parent
then his mother drops him off on the grandparents who raised him and put him through school until he was 18
he lived with his single mother in Hawaii for 4 years from age 2 to age 6
anyone know if they were living with her parents after Kunte Hussein Obama took off?
why would he have to live off of food stamps while her parents lived in Hawaii and had plenty of money?
out of the first 18 years of his life he only lived with his single mother 4 years
the other 14 years he wasn’t raised by a single mother
and the guy and all his spokespeople and defenders go around telling everyone he was raised by a single mother
what a load
