Here's a clip taken by somebody at the San Francisco event; it's the passage just before the lines everyone is now focused on, in which he talks about the skepticism he encounters:
Here's how it is: in a lot of these communities in big industrial states like Ohio and Pennsylvania, people have been beaten down so long, and they feel so betrayed by government, and when they hear a pitch that is premised on not being cynical about government, then a part of them just doesn't buy it. And when it's delivered by -- it's true that when it's delivered by a 46-year-old black man named Barack Obama (laugher), then that adds another layer of skepticism.

Oh, come on, who hasn’t taken an occasional sojourn to Pakistan to reconnect with their inner executioner?

And well they shouldn’t because his message is complete and utter BS.
Will Obama’s higher taxes bring jobs to these towns?
Nope.
Will his reregulations get the towns economies going?
Nope.
Will his catering to San Fran gay activists and leftist unions take America in the direction that small-town citizens want it to go in?
Nope.
He offers the Politics of Hyped-up Socialism.
YES WE SHOULD BE CYNICAL. GOVT DOESNT WORK AND POWER CORRUPTS.

It is sickening to me that they grew rich on what American freedom has to offer, and then turn around and waste their money on supporting causes that destroy that legacy.
There is something truly hateful and/or profoundly ignorant about that behavior.

I was wondering—are the politicians beating down the people in PA and Ohio democrats like Murtha of Johnstown?

Hope? Obama...you ain't got no hope. All you have are huge holes in your perception of what America is about.

I think he is trying to spread the “I am a victim” ideology to whites. It has worked so well with blacks, especially for people like Rev. Wright and other black preachers and black politicians, that he sees it working just as well on whites. He is trying to sell the same Kool Aid to whites that he and others have been selling to blacks for generations. He is urging whites to “play the victim card”.

In those two photos, the kids look different to me. Straighter lighter hair versus darker wavier hair, plus, free-hanging earlobes in the wavy kid, not in the straight-haired kid.

And, more and more, it looks like the Obama fundraiser was penetrated by a Hillary operative. And it's being exploited by some pros.
Well, we knew the Clinton machine wouldn't lie down and just take the defeat gracefully. But I didn't think Obama would be dumb enough to hand them material to work with.

Just out of curioisty, why is the Huffington Post, of all things, leading the charge on this? Are they that firmly in Hillary’s pocket?
