All McCain voters are selling the rest of us TRUE CONSERVATIVES out!
Enough!
Show you have the values of your convictions and leave the BLUE BLOOD REPUBLICANS in Washington, crawling on their knees for forgiveness!
Out of 300,000,000 people you'd think there are plenty.
Unfortunately, none of them are suitably positioned within the electoral process at this point.
Simple fact is that we are currently faced with three candidates who are unelectable save for there not being any other options. Pick one.
Your comment does not contradict mine. Yes, McCain is dangerous ... he is also the least dangerous viable option.
You can go on at length about how dangerous McCain is. Come the first Tuesday in November, you will be faced with a choice: vote for dangerous McCain, vote for more dangerous [insert final (D) candidate here], or let others make the choice for you. Wake up: short of something traumatically dramatic, your choice is McCain vs. Obama|Hillary ... and ranting on about how bad one choice is won't help.
I don’t know how I can make it more clear to you. You don’t like my ‘sense of Republicanism’, and the same doesn’t apply to you. Great. Vote for whomever you want. It’s not necessarily the fact that ‘party affiliation’ means more to me, but McCain is the guy we’ve got, and McCain gets my vote.
Call me cynical, but when’s the last time in recent memory, or any time for that matter, when a 3rd party guy (or gal) for any party polled better than the nominee and was electable?
Look, do whatcha want. I’m voting for McCain. Stuck with McCain is better than stuck with Barack or Hillary. Call me back when there’s someone to run in 2012.
Again, I didn't mean to offend you. I only meant to inquire, and to explain myself. It is an oddity I was trying to understand, and I meant no offense.
It is obvious by your reply, and your defensive stance that you are unwilling to talk about it. Have a nice day.
Bite me.
I hear PA is tightening. I think he may win the nomination and maybe the presidency.
McCain won’t want to displease his Dem buddies so he will not appoint conservatives anyway.
