Jim, while your updating. Could you add India, China, and the European Union as Topic Blocks.
I think that would aid in searching and categorizing. We are always adding news stories from there.

WHICH changes? I just learned the first change and now we have another.
TWO changes in one week ...I'm having senior moments. Old dogs can't readily adapt to changeS. :)

I think some of the magic of FR is keeping the posts locked in unless the MODS deem otherwise. A bit of a rational/irrational display of thought. It seems as though I can navigate OK.

Well mine just changed a few minutes ago and I am lost in the wilderness...again
To: hugorand
I’d just be happy with the ‘post’ option at the top of the ping/comments page

Whew! I thought it was just me accidentally changing my settings every time I logged in the past few days!! :-)
It will take a little getting used to, but nice big fonts for my blind-as-a-bat eyeballs! :-)

Great all around.. :D
I really like the tabs, but could you get it to remember tab position? If I prefer ‘comments’, as an instance, I would like to be able to poke ‘forum’ from mail (or wherever) and return to the forum with ‘comments’ displayed.
No biggie, mind you, easy enough to click the tab when re-entering...

How do you react when you go to the grocery store and they have changed the packaging of your favorite cereal? If you are like me you look and look and finally give up and grab a different brand. :-)

I really like the changes, but the one thing I don’t like at all is that now it seems like I can only see the headers when I search for comments.
To: tubebender
John didn’t change anything. Reboot your mac.

Where are Recent Hopes? Don’t forget about that; it would be a cynicism.

IBT...never mind.
Takes some getting used to, like when my wife comes home with a new hairstyle.
Cheers!

FWIW, I like it.
WIW = not much, since criticizing it would be akin to coming into your house and slagging the decor, which is rude so I wouldn’t do so.
But at any rate, I like it.

Looks awfully slick, I’ll tell you that! Nice work. As for the rest of the changes, I’ll render an opinion in a day or two, but I doubt you’ll hear me complain.

If we wanted “change” we would have voted for Obama. Now all we are left with is “hope”.

I kinda like it. RSS feeds are good. Like the tabbed presentation. Not sure what to make of the upper right corner, but I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually.
