McCain was the PAIN IN BUSH’s butt for most of his presidency.

Maybe he can screw over McCain before this is all over.

McCain has insisted on always ACTING LIKE AN @SS.

Maybe he can screw over McCain before this is all over.

Maybe his endorsement is the first step to do exactly that.

For me the most important thing is national security. The rest can be put on hold for now.

I don’t know why many of you think that Bush and McCain still have an adversarial relationship. They don’t. They agree on amnesty, on the war, on free trade, on terrorism, on many issues. Bush wants McCain in to continue the central priorities of his own regime, which McCain will do. Bush is happy McCain is the candidate, not unhappy. He is willingly going to support McCain and campaign for him. You people who try to separate the two as if McCain is more of an ogre than Bush has been, are looking at them through the prism of your own desires, rather than the reality of their actual alliance and priorities.

You sent money to McCain tonight?

By the way, by what logic does it make sense to “force companies to stay here in the US by raising their taxes”?

That would encourage them to leave.

McCain is a man who has shown he has no problems causing grief when it could help liberals.

You make sure that your son knows that REAL Americans are going to make sure he doesn’t get a CIC who wants him to lose a war. And you give him a big THANK YOU for his marvelous service.

It’s time to get to work people.

Thank you for your kind words. I’ll also contribute to McCain’s campaign.

um, that “forcing companies” line was in reference to the DEMOCRATS who want to do just that.

Follow now? The dims claim they can force companies to stay here in the US by raising their taxes.

And yes, I donated to McCain via his site tonight.

You are right.

I’m with McCain. Let’s open the dang borders as wide as possible, or at least not enforce them. Let’s make all those here, regardless of what their intent or home country actually may be, legal immigrants. No FBI checks are necessary. Welcome them all. [From a bill McCain now says he wouldn’t vote for BUT AUTHORED LATE LAST YEAR!!]

McCain for President!!!

He salivates at having the president get up on stage with him and cowtow.

Don't kid yourself, it won't be the President who's kowtowing. McCain needs the votes that the President could deliver from more conservative voters. I'd say that this situation is pretty sweet for the President.

so then who do you prefer? You can’t believe that either of the other 2 is a better choice. And don’t say a write in, cause that will only serve your personal purpose.

I think it’s good that you sit this one out.

IF you are a conservative and you think losing a war is OKAY, then I wonder about your “conservatism”.

Without us defeating the bad guys, there is NO amnesty to worry about.

I suspect there will be other so called “conservatives” spewing the same nonsense. The election process is simple. If you live in a blue state or a heavy red state, by all means, DO sit this one out.

I like the way you think!

And thank you for correcting my terrible spelling! LOL!

Bush always knows just where he is in this world. He is centered!....I don’t care what anyone says!

That’s right, Creek Injun!

The kiss of death—a Bush endorement. If I was McCain, I’d ask Bush NOT to endorse him at all. However, that is just another indicator—given conservative’s loathing of Bush—how important conservatives are to McCain.

This conservative is quite pleased that the President is going to stand with his party’s nominee.

Ya mean this party member is quite pleased that the President is going to stand with his party’s nominee.

And another one surfaces.

Where ya been hiding?

Bush wins an election in 2000 and then wins RE election with the largest number of votes in US History.

Yeah, we conservatives “loathe” him allright. Bush is willing to fight the bad guys. Something NO DEMOCRAT IS WILLING TO DO.

John McCain is willing to fight the bad guys.

And, lest any of you so called “conservatives” (liberatarians) forget, Bush is a GREAT fundraiser.

How in the heck can you say he is seriously for national security when he’s authored the three amnesty bills put before the Congress over the past five years? He doesn’t give a damn about our borders.

He only signed on to the surge later in the game. He postured around earlier occasions, just not as much as he normally would have.

McCain continues to take credit for something he did not propose, but was actually proposed by Bush and Gen. Petraeus.

McCain states he is concerned about our security, but only when it is half a world away, while he welcomes security nightmares back at home with his policies.
