Didn't see one poted yet, and Early exit polling is already out.

Let's all watch and enjoy as the Democrats continue to rip each others throats out!

Her hatred of McCain is pissing me off. I say save it for the libs.

McCain is a lib--hence the sentiment.

Per Fox News, over 900K votes have been counted with only 1% reporting. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE???

I don't specifically know how they work it in Texas, but it is not uncommon for officials to report the absentee ballot totals immediately after the polls close, and list those absentees as "one percent" of the vote just to put in a nominal number (and make it clear that they are only absentees). Later, when today's votes start being reported, the percentage number will reflect the actual number of precincts which have been counted.

I mean really, why would anyone expect Democrats to honor their word.

No surprise now. I guess we should rally behind our candidate as much as possible. I don’t dislike McCain all-in-all, and I don’t think he reflects the majority of conservative values. But, he is better than Hillary and Obama at least just for maintaining the balance of power. I don’t think he will be a good president nor take our country in the “right” direction, but maybe he will keep the lid on ram-rodding Democrats. It certainly will be like choosing the lesser of three worsts. But, we cannot have a Democrat president, and a Democrat congress. That would be totally unacceptable.

The election in Texas is more than half over before primary day. An estimated 60 percent, or 2 million of the 3.3 million total voters, cast their ballots early, Texas Secretary of State Phil Wilson said Monday.

You’re right there is no difference between a liberal and Ann Coulter now. They support Hilary.

Fox News: John McCain Wins GOP Nomination

If you would have told me this 4 months ago, I would have said it's crazy. Now that it's true, it's still crazy! Sure hope Mitt is his VP choice.

Texas Exit Poll is in.

Filthy Stinking Beast 50.0% Obama 48.6%

I do not believe this includes the early votes, which favored Obama. Either way, It's simply not enough. Coupled with a 51%-48% lead for the witch in Ohio. It's over.

Obama is the nominee.

LOL! Then you must really be ticked at my scorn for the lying little weasel. McCain is a liberal!

-------------------------------------------------

In a wide-ranging interview last week, Sen. McCain offered the most-detailed account to date of his thinking on economic issues.

Climate Change

Sen. McCain’s biggest regulatory effort is likely to come in the field of climate change.
Along with independent Connecticut Sen. Joseph Lieberman, who was then a Democrat, Sen. McCain introduced the earliest version of a cap-and-trade system in 2003, and the pair have refined their ideas since.
Under their plan, the government sets emissions goals.
Companies that can’t meet their targets must buy permits to produce carbon dioxide, either from companies that produce less CO2 than they are permitted, or from the government.

The system may require a large regulatory apparatus.
In the latest McCain-Lieberman version, the government would auction off carbon-emission permits.
According to Harvard economist Robert Stavins, such sales could raise $50 billion to $100 billion a year.

An Energy Department analysis says Sen. McCain’s plan raises energy prices so much that it would reduce economic growth.

Well, in addition to being a human being, it certainly entitles him to the respect that people not publicly wish he'd die.

You know, if you'll go back through my posts you will see that I did not say that I wished he would die. There are many ways a man could be "taken down" - it could happen by him having a public tantrum, which he is apt to do. It could happen by a scandal coming out on him. There are lots of things, it's sad that you assume I wished he would die - actually I would not wish that on anyone.

But I'm seeing a lot of people on FR lately that seem to think they are morally superior to a lot of us because of who they support.
