His skin tone on his face is several shades lighter than it is on his hands. Heavy makeup or just lighting?

I agree. I am starting to like T. Russert. About time Hillary was asked tough questions. Previously she got away with dodging them. I would just had to the the Clintons (or anyone sleazy) back in the White House. Yuck!
