Looks like the president is having a wonderful time.
Prayers for him to have a safe trip for the duration and to
come home safely to us when it’s over!
Thanks for all the great pictures, Daisy!
You’re great, Snugs!
You remembered how I loved that fabric! LOL!
I want some of it! :D (for real!)
It’s been a long time since I got one of these...thanks!

US President George W. Bush speaks during a press conference in Accra. Bush on Wednesday fought to dispel African concerns that he wants to build new US military bases on the continent, and downplayed worries about mounting US competition with China.
Thanks, I love my toasters, they are perfect
You will find a videoclip of the Today show’s interview with the President and First Lady here: [Ignore Anne, the snarky reporterette, and focus on our beautiful and loving First Couple — they gave a GREAT interview!]

GOT THE SATELLITE!!!!
Wonderful pictures tonight. Thank you for all your hard work posting these many, many pictures.
Wow thanks for that information :o)
Appreciate your post and am happy you are enjoying the photos. Only one day left, and then they return home.
Thanks for your links, especially the one about the library. Five years seems like a long time but it will be worth the wait, I am sure.
Thanks for your thanks. It is a lot of work but it is really interesting and fun, too. And we all know how appreciated it is.
Of course we did, never a doubt in my mind. We have the BEST military ever.
I sorta wish the trip would last longer as they seem to be having such a great time and the people are so spontaneous in their affection for them. They have one more day...and they will spend it in Liberia.
Thank you for the Dose, Daisy :)
I wish he had that kind of outpouring here. Unfortunately, there are so many detractors, including most of the press, that have just been out to shoot him down at every turn!
I am sure he is more than ready to get out of that rat-race on a certain level...though he will fight for this country till his last day in his term!
Looks like there are some Bush Babes in Africa, too!
Ha! Love the way his gold tie matches Laura’s suit!
