Tehran, 18 Feb. (AKI) - A man known as Sharif has reportedly stoned his fourteen-year-old daughter to death in southeastern Iran because for allegedly having a relationship with a man.
Sharif's wife reported him to police after he and a friend killed the girl in Zahedan, capital of Baluchistan province.
Sharif showed no sign of remorse, telling police who interrogated him: "I suspected that my daughter had a relationship with a man and I had to stone her to death as she had besmirched my honour."
"I had no other choice," he said, telling police how he had carried out the stoning.
Two sisters, Azar and Zohreh Kabiri, 27 and 28 years-old respectively were earlier this month sentenced to death by stoning for allegedly committing adultery.
The women each have one child. They are from the suburb of Shahriar, near Karaj, north of the capital, Tehran.
The Kabiri sisters have already received 99 lashes each.
Since most Americans don't comprehend their surroundings unless they see it as a mini-series on HBO, maybe that will sink in?

According to tradition, the condemned are buried to the waist if it is a man, and to the underarms if it is a woman, and hit with stones that must not be too big to cause immediate death, nor too small not to kill.
What a sick religion.

While NOW isn’t as shrill about this as they are some other topics, they do denounce violence against Muslim women occasionally. They’re not REAL loud, but they aren’t silent, either.
I have a friend whose Jordanian father very nearly killed her by pouring gasoline on her with the intention of burning her to death. As Providence would have it, he couldn’t find his matches and she escaped to her neighbors’ house.
Her father later did kill one of her sisters by a similar method.

Making kissy-face with this kind of people won’t work. They can not be made civilized by kindness. They have to be kept out of all civilized countries until they learn to act like humans.
Gotta love these two articles being posted 27 minutes apart, which is a record of sorts. Normally I could find something less than 5 or 10 minutes apart to contradict any silly claim that islam isn't violent.

Good grief, you mean he didn't know for sure and yet, he stoned her to death? That is not natural. There is NO natural love for their own blood. The bodies and minds of Muslims have been possessed by demons. They are evil incarnate!

The point is that Muslim countries are tremendously misogynist. I say that based on all of the misogyny. They claim they are being what is clearly misogynist, because they follow the Koran. Who am I to argue? Further, and more importantly, the life of Mohamed is their model for life, based on the premise that Mohamed did no wrong. Mohamed was a murderer and a misogynist. And tell me what Islamic heaven is if not a carnal, exclusively male pleasing, sexual orgy.
With a billion Muslims, I'd have to revise my number way up, so I stand corrected.
In order to appease the peaceniks and the Muslims, we need to come under sharia law and stone our 14 years old daughters to death as well.
