The way Deignan sees it, he is just a smart shopper

The way Slim sees it, he's a thief.

Absolutely a thief! I saw a guy bring back a pair of used sneakers to Wal-mart that were totally worn out once (back when Sam was alive) and they took them back!.....

Agreed. I feel weird returning items I genuinely cannot use, and as a result research items before I commit to a purchase to minimize the possibility of a return.

Best Buy is notorious in my parts for offering various “mail-in” type rebates, etc. that require a purchase first and end up being nearly impossible to claim.

So this guy is treating Best Buy like it treats its customers.

And the way Slim see it I agree with, lowlife thief. But what do you expect from people who think it is ok to copy music they haven't paid for.

I see such things as pure theft also; to me it is no different than shoplifting. I had a sister-in-law that would do this with expensive dresses for special occasions. She was not my sister-in-law for long thank goodness because she was also dishonest in most of her dealings with people. My brother had no idea she did this sort of thing- but soon enough that came to light with many other things she did that were just as bad and worse.
