Face it. It is all but inevitable that McCain win the race for the GOP presidential nominee. Get over it. McCain will be the GOP nominee.
The time for divisive talk about how much you hate McCain for screwing the conservatives and how he is a RINO and his other faults is over. WE are doing NO ONE any good by continuing to publicly air our grievances about him. I know, I have done my share. I don't like him one bit, but he will be a far better president than either of the two 'Rats.
With the atmosphere as anti-McCain as it is, it would not be hard for a liberal posing as another McCain hater to sneak in and keep throwing rocks at that hornet's nest. So let's tone down the rhetoric and the vitriol aimed at him and TRY to find a common ground with him.
McCain, we can hope to influence and guide. Obama and Hitlery will absolutely NOT listen or compromise on any conservative issue.
We know that there is absolutely no way that the 'Rats will make the Bust tax cuts permanent if there is a 'Rat in the WH.
We KNOW that any Supreme Court judge who retires or dies will immediately be replaces with a pro-abortion, anti-gun, anti-freedom liberal; probably from the 9th Circus.
We KNOW that there will be nothing but pure amnesty and absolutely no border enforcement if a 'Rat gets the WH. The 'Rats NEED poor, uneducated, miserable people to advance their socialist agenda.
It is time to stop bickering and hating McCain and stop the postings about how you will sit home and watch Obama or Hitlery become the next president. That is worse than stupidity. It is admitting defeat and quitting.
And I for one will not give up and pout at my home on election day.

Still, history will not care for whom you vote; it will notice who was elected. The only thing worse than a liberal GOP President is a Marxist Obamabeast Presidency, which will certainly be disastrous for our country.

Get over it, I'm not voting for him. he is not MY nominee. The GOP was to stupid to learn anything in 2006. They can just get over my votes except for individuals that I choose to support.

I do not believe in Nation Building Wars.
I am not an isolationist neither am I an interventionist in foriegn affairs.
I believe the Federal governments powers are few and well defined by the U.S. Constitution and nothing in those documents allow for a Patriot Act...or the Clean Air Act or any such laws as those. I do not believe in preemptive wars based on U.N. Resolutions nor do I believe that the Just War theory emcompasses such a policy whether or not it is practiced by a Clinton or a Bush.
I wish to abolish the I.R.S. and nearly every other alphabet agency in the Fed. I believe in “The land of the Free and the Home of the Brave. Not in the land of “everything changed after 911” and the Home of “pee our pants in fear at the mere mention of terrorism” that this country has become.
I believe the Church builds the moral foundation of a country not the Federal Courts. Bush was right about abortion...it will not end until peoples hearts have been changed. Failure of our Church's to instill a collective morality on the people in no way justifies the governments efforts to do so instead. There should be a law forbidding the FEDERAL Courts from having any say in such matters...One such law was written but found no support within the GOP.
I believe a politician should obey his oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. I believe that if the Federal Court rules that gun ownership is not an individual right that 30 million gun owners should martch on Washington D.C....armed.
These are only a few of the conservative principals that I believe in that have been abandoned by both political parties...
It was much to my dismay that I found that a Party that I thought held dear these same principals as I do actually do not, and in point of fact...believe me and those who believe as I do to be KOOKS.
Would you all still say know?
What if McCain picked Charlie Crist or even a Lieberman as his VP.

This is an established relationship, not a new one. McWhacked has been in bed with these Libs and working with them for a very long time. These Libs may arguably be evil, but they are not stoopid. If your guy, McWhacked were POTUS, they will use him to accomplish Liberal legislation, which McLame wants to do as well, but they will not alienate him.
Meanwhile, the Liberal press will praise and compliment McVain on his "maturity" every time he accomplishes another Leftist goal, which will only spur McNut to do more Leftist things to please the Leftist press and his Leftist friends. And with a Pubbie president, Pubbie congress critters will be loathe to oppose their president, the leader of their party, so he will pass more Liberal legislation than a Dim president would, and in the process, destroy the Republican party, making it into the minor leagues for the Democrat party.

I was never in favor of going into Iraq in the first place, but now that we are there, it must be won. THAT BEING SAID, “The Aged One” DID say “100 years” and I would use it against him as well. Heck, another 5 and I will be marching in the streets against it, alone if necessary.
Face facts, outside of Republican circles, the Iraq War is NOT a popular thing.
That much aside, do you honestly believe that the Iraq war is the only or even the MOST important issue to the average voter in this election?
