This is a call for all those on this board who have admitted to casting a vote for the Democrats to be banned. It's one thing to disagree with the Republican front runner, but absolute treason to actively support the opposition.
All good Freepers need to chime in and have your voices heard. We cannot allow these vindictive RINOs to hurt our party and our country.

No, it is not treason to vote for the democrat candidate. It may be misguided or even stupid but it is not treason.
It is up to the owners of this site to decide who may or may not be posters here, not you.

I think a crossover primary vote to weaken them is entirely different, but suggesting a vote for them in the general election is crazy. And yes, until she says she was kidding, IMHO Ann Coulter is no longer a conservative. By definition conservatives do not give money and support to HRC.Not even McCain can stand up to your scrutiney... he is the best friend HRC has in the Senate.

Or more accurately, 'oo bans 'oo. This is a happy occasion, after all. ;)
Wink-wink, nudge-nudge. Know what I mean?

Sorry
Comrade Academician End Times Crusader.
Your suggestion is without merit and is not conversant with the concept of free people in a free society. In short, your proposal is absurd.
There are many who have voted for other Americans in the past who were Democrats. Others changed their minds after being Dems for some time, some only recently. This is called "Liberals Convinced to Become Conservative", one of our purposes here.
Your silly and disturbingly Soviet proposal would penalize those who in the past for whatever reasons done something you consider "unthinkable", just in order to make them slaves of your personal opinions.
Sorry, we don't do slavery 'round here - not even mental slavery, Comrade. But I'm sure the idea would be saluted with verve and flamboyance back on DU where Soviet methods are admired.

I will not be forced to hold my nose and vote for the McCainiac. No way in hell will I vote for that traitor. “Benadcit Arnold was a war hero too..” I will sit this one out or vote third party or write-in candidate. Voting for McCain would be like voting for Vincente Fox or Hugo Chavez. Before flaming me for calling the McCainiac a traitor, remember his assault on the first amendment, our judge selection process, and our ability to drill our own oil in Alaska. He is a pathetic little worm and is courting the socialist vote over the conservative base of his own party. The RNC better think think twice if they think they are getting any more of my money.

I almost voted for Obama here in VA just so I could vote against Hillary. I ended up voting for Huck.
Pretty arrogant of you to be around here for just a few months and calling for mass banishments. Perhaps you should start playing online role playing games rather than FReeping. You seem to have the personality for it....

Its the primaries. If we want to cross over to vote for the one we perceive to be the weaker, are we bad people?
Well, no. But that neighbor yours, is bad news whichever way one looks at "it".

I voted for Democrat Glen Poshard over Republican George Ryan in Illinois. And Id do it again. Ban me.Funny. That was the one vote that I ever sat in the booth contemplating. I ended up going with Ryan, against my gut, because at that point Illinois was still a GOP state, and I thought it would be better to have a GOP governor going into the 2000 election. I regret that vote, because it signaled the end of the GOP in the state permanently.
