The Albany County legislature is expected to consider an anti-Iraq War resolution at a meeting on Monday.

The resolution, co-sponsored by Legislators Phil Steck and Doug Bullock, calls for Albany County to officially oppose the Iraq War.
Legistlator Steck says he hopes the resolution would send a message to Washington that local lawmakers have a clear and strong opposition to the Bush Administration's policies in Iraq.
The meeting is set for six o'clock Monday night at the Albany County Courthouse.
This is typical of the idiocy we get on the left bank of the Hudson River.
And if we hadn’t gone into Iraq and Afghanistan, they would be voting on condemning Bush for not doing so. Yawn.
Typical democrat government elected officials. It seems they all follow suit when one does it, they all do it.
Whoopie!
And when a Democrat is president but they do not withdraw from Iraq immediately, will these lefties continue with their protests? I suspect instead that all of a sudden they will think the war is not so bad.
It’s a big enough “whoop” to get the “Gathering of Eagles” planning to go there.
Clarification. They say they will go if it passes.
You are correct. We’ll see all kinds of rescinding of previous resolutions... LOL.
I am so tired of local elected officials wasting taxpayers’ money on this treasonous $h!t. If only GWB had the balls to make examples of these a$$holes ... round them up and jail them for sedition during time of war whenever they pass such useless, anti-American drivel.
PING!
Thanks for the PING
You have a lot of original Flower Children in your NY legislature ????
