Republican Party Passes Away
Washington - The Republican Party also known as the "GOP" passed away yesterday at the age of 154. Long regarded as the founding base for fiscal and social Conservatives, the party's life was cut short by its offspring with the naming of Senator John McCain as the new leader of a recently born effort called "The Consocialists", in an effort to distort and erase the true principles that were once clearly defined in the Republican Party platform.
A rolling over of the grave ceremony is expected to take place nationwide in memory of the Republican Party on November 4th. Expected to take part in the ceremony include such former members as Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, Abraham Lincoln, John C. Fremont, Ulysses S. Grant, Theodore Roosevelt, William Howard Taft, Warren G. Harding, Calvin Coolidge, Dwight D. Eisenhower among others.
Burial will take place at the Capitol Steps in Washington,D.C. on January 20th, 2009 with services being administered by the Democratic National Committee.
The ceremony will commence with a reading of the Oath of Office by Hillary Rodham Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama.
Donations are not necessary, if you wish to send flowers it is recommended you leave them at the grave personally as you will face a death tax after the Oath of Office is read.
Arrangements made by RINO/CINO and the North American Union Alliance.
Ah, but we can learn from history. We started to build a counterculture under Clinton, but it was co-opted under Bush. We have to rebuild and clean house. We have to reject inauthentic elements of the conservative movement, such as Fox News and the Weekly Standard. They can be useful but are clearly not a reliable part of the movement.
I’ll remember you fondly, and tell my grandchildren how wonderful you were. I shall miss you always.
RIP
The Republican leadership is committed to amnesty for 20 million new Democrat voters.
The Republican Party will cease to exist as a political force when those voters hit the voting booth, but hey, the good news is that the Country Club Republicans will be able to hire cheap labor at $5 an hour.
Hmm, really? Corrupt though he was, I don’t recall Grant advocating a massive expansion of the welfare state. Or Fremont, Taft, Harding, Coolidge, Reagan, or Eisenhower.
Nixon was a liberal Republican. In fact, McCain resembles Nixon in economics, politics, and temperament.
Vaya con Díos.
>>the good news is that the Country Club Republicans will be able to hire cheap labor at $5 an hour
..and “someone else” will pay for their employees’ health care...
Let’s bring back the Whigs! Who’s with me?
Look, if you are going to type up some fantasy, you should really go for the gold. Like this:
The Republican Party is committed to amnesty for 2000 gaBILLION new Democrat voters.
The Republican will instead become a side show at your local Chuck E Cheese where you can have the Bear band play Metallica for $5 an hour.
Sorry, I refuse to mourn for a self actioned “suicide by liberal” victim.
I am taking my ball, and I AM GOING HOME. See? There.
Exactly! “LALALALALA I CAN’T HEAR YOU!”
My seven year old behaves better sometimes, I swear.
Whigs nothin'; bring back the Federalists!!!
Of course, there's always America's third oldest political party the Prohibition Party.
In TR's time, they supported anti-business legislation and justice department attacks on business and introduced the first "environmental" legislation. It wasn't until Warren Harding and Calvin Coolidge that the Republicans really became the "party of business" and low taxes. Historically speaking, the modern-day Republicans are closer to those of Lincoln's time than they are those of Reagan's or Coolidge's time.
Hope against Hope, and in all vanity, I think we honestly BELIEVE that someone from the RNC will actually read these posts and GET A CLUE!
I know, I know; you don't need to tell me; nobody from the "RNC" (as if there really is such a thing) is going to actually read anything we post here.
FR is now a big magnet for liberal trolls posing as conservatives.
And the more boring you’re all becoming.......why don’t all of you put this much energy into touting the faults of Hillary. I’m so sick of all you whiners .....it’s an election people!...get off your whiny butts and go make positive change.....prevent Hillary & Bill from taking back the White House!
Not one of them take any responsibility for what's happened, they blame everyone else, oh noes, woe is me, RIP Republican party, etc. Most conservatives I've dealt with over the years specialize in dealing with reality, whether it's challenging or easy.
