Are there any Freepers who support John McCain?

If you support Mr. McCain, can you make the case for your man?

Can you make the case without bringing up the War?

Can you make the case without bringing up Judges?

Can you make the case without using any ACU ratings? (Those don't impress anybody.)

Can you make the case without insults or telling people to "calm down"?

Can you make the case without the type of lying and dishonesty we've come to expect from John McCain and his special friend Mike Huckabee?

Can you make the case without trashing Barack Obama?

Can you make the case without using Hillary Rodham Clinton as some kind of boogyman or boogyperson?

Can you?

The ball is in your court.

Why don’t you make a case for having a liberal dem as Commander in Chief in a time of war?

“According to the poll there’s at least 182 of them.”

Huh?

All that will change. I’m kinda pissed myself but standing idly by while 100% socialists try to win isn’t going to happen.

I'd vote for Pee Wee Herman before I vote for a Democrat.

Simple. I oppose a potential dynasty of twenty eight years dominated by two political families in Washington, akin to the reign of the Caesars in Ancient Rome. For that reason alone, I will vote for McCain.

I will support McCain in the general election. He’s not Hillary or Obama and he’ll be an upgrade over W.

I KKEP ASKING THE SAME QUETION AND I GET NO ANSWER. WHAT IS THE STATE OF MCCAIN’S HEALTH????????
IS THERE A CHANCE THIS GUY JUST MIGHT DIE A MONTH OR TWO INTO HIS TERM?
HIS CHOICE OF VP IS CRITICAL FOR ME TO EVEN CONSIDER VOTING FOR HIM.
NOW WHAT HAPPENS IF MCCAIN DIES BEFORE THE CONVENTION, THEN WHAT?
WE NEED TO KNOW WHAT MCCAIN’S HEALTH IS AND IF HE IS EVEN CAPABLE OF SERVING.

How many other midshipmen of his academic ranking got into flight school? If he hadn’t been the grandson and son of USN admirals, he probably wouldn’t have even gotten into the Naval Academy.

I’m with Grego. I was in a war once when my country turned her back on me. I will not be part of that happening again. I will gag and vote McCain.

I would hold my nose and vote for McCain because the alternative is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

I suppose if I were a John McCain supporter I could say that the war against islamofascism is the Mother of all Domestic Issues. What good is having a true conservative like a Ron Paul if we refuse to fight back when attacked by people who want us to adopt Sharia Law. What good is being pro-life if we fall to Sharia Law anyways? What good is it to be for gay rights if Sharia Law would have us chop the heads off those who are gay, jewish or christian? What good is it to focus on such domestic issues if we fall to islamic terrorists and their culture like what is happening in Europe?

Only problem is:

John McCain is not for securing our borders. Attacking suicidal terrorists overseas with our back door wide open is actually more dangerous than doing nothing at all.

John McCain is against torture and for bringing terrorists to the US from Gitmo and providing them with lawyers.

It's especially because of these last 2 points that I could never vote for the man not to mention all the other reasons.

You are asking a "Yes or No, have you stopped beating your wife?" type question. We don't have to play by your silly rules.

I do not "support" McCain but I will vote for him (Unless he chooses Huckabee as his VP in which case I will NOT vote for him).

Hello,

At his age, and with his health issues, his choice for VP is huge. I do not wish ill on the man, but I personally don’t think he will get through 1 term. He, himself, has admitted that he thinks he is a 1 term President.

Should he choose someone like himself on the issues, we will be better off with a Dem, so that they get the blame for the upcoming disaster.
