is it true the media only shows McKane's right side, somekind of growth on his left cheek????????????????????????????

He has a large lump where the cancer was. He has had for sometime.

He had surgery to remove a melanoma a few years ago.
And don’t forget, his wife, Cindy, had a stroke at one time..mild but none the less a stroke. She seems to have recovered well..she would make heart/vascular her FL issues I suppose.

growth on his [McCain's]left cheek

If you go back 5-6 years in photos, you will see that the swelling in that part of his face has been there since his surgery to remove invasive melanoma.

The swelling is due to decreased lymphatic drainage as lymph draining system (lymphatic vessels and nodes) was removed during the resection surgery.

The appearance of the swelling is accentuated because of the indentation above it where deep tissue was removed.

At present it does NOT appear to me that there is a 'growth" or a recurrence of cancer in that area.
