Juan, you are the weakest, most dangerous candidate of all on national defense. The WTC was in New York City, not Baghdad. As long as you are a lying, open borders fraud, you will continue to subject the American citizens to more danger from terrorism than all the Muslims outside the US ever could.

He has to do better than that. In his mind a David Souter is just like Roberts and Alito. He has to name names. He has to say I will nominate Janice Brown and fight to the death for her. And then he has to name is next choice which should be more conservative,...and name the next...etc.
And then I still would not trust him. I still say he should be taught a lesson and be saddled with the greatest Presidential defeat in US History.
One really has to work to even listen to this guy. The left really got their dream fufilled today.

I believe in freedom (because I had mine deprived). Unless it’s political of course.
He’s saying the right things; but, my question is: Has he ever lied about a position? IIRC, when he’s “gone off the reservation”, he’s said that he would. I’m asking this because I really don’t know. Has he ever espoused a position and then gone back on his word? Or does he say “I’m gonna screw you on this issue” and then proceed to do so?
