He has to do better than that. In his mind a David Souter is just like Roberts and Alito. He has to name names. He has to say I will nominate Janice Brown and fight to the death for her. And then he has to name is next choice which should be more conservative,...and name the next...etc.
And then I still would not trust him. I still say he should be taught a lesson and be saddled with the greatest Presidential defeat in US History.

Unless Republicans win back the Senate (highly doubtful), he’ll nominate whoever Frank Leahy and Ted Kennedy approve of in advance.
The Dems. aren’t stupid enough to allow the opposite of Ruth Bader Ginsburg through the Senate when they are in the majority.
