They should have gone with the GOP choice in the beginning....but he didn’t earn enough “points” on the BS scale and he didn’t have enough personally invested in China to calm the fears of the "investors".

Hillary and Bill will step into that void.

Hey, quit your bellyaching. You wanted a RINO, you got one. One RINO’s as good as the next.

Yes, agreed. (Mitt was no MITTigator against a RINO...and at least we won't have RomneyCare 2.0 @ the fed level--even if he didn't instigate it but only catered to the Dem Congress...whereas it only covered 7% of the Massachusetts population...the risk is deep into double digits nationally)

I do not blame the MSM, I blame the ‘conservative’ media, whose very job it is to promote conservatism and conservatives.

I really wish Hunter had done better...

Despite all our disagreements, I'm 100% with you here. Hunter was where I kept hoping he would emerge. But you can't run a campaign out of a tent.

Cut off your nose to spite your face. Hope you knuckle-draggers down in Dixie are happy with Clinton or Obama. What fools! H.L. Mencken was right!

If you are unhappy that the South keeps messing up Massachusetts liberal candidacies.....its not really our fault. We knuckle-draggers tried to cut you loose and free you from our presence back when but you insisted that we had to stay in your bed. Sorry if thats not working out for you. Ironic ain't it?

LP is probably a better choice then the CP, I think LP is in all 50 states, LP has very low turn out, if only 10% of GOP conservatives voted in LP primaries we would swamp them and take over. LOL, they would cream and bitch like hell, it will be fun. lots of time left to take over, if we move fast.

You are clueless. very clueless.
Put down the crack pipe and sober up.
Huckabee will not be the nominee and not even close.
he won less than 20% of the delegates tonight.
he came in 3rd and 4th in many many states like FL IL NY MA ME CO CA MT UT NH MI.
The only place he does well is south, anywhere else he’s toast.

He’s been McCain’s poodle and foil for some time.
Huck stopped ROmney and gave the nomination to mccain, end of story.

Well Flipper was NOT dumb enough to consider closing Gitmo. That puts miles ahead of McPain in my book.

I’m in!

Thing is, as a small-”l” libertarian, I think conservatives have more in common with the LP, than with a GOP which leaves those two Border Agents rotting in jail, and calls Americans “vigilantes”.

But I’m biased, perhaps. :)

But Flipper was extolling a non existent “partnership for peace” with China, so he is not exactly johnny on the spot, is he?

A brokered convention will not bring an outside candidate in to save the day. Deals will be made to put McCain over the top. There is no fairy tale ending to the brokered convention scenerio.

I never said it would. However, a brokered convention might be the beginning of a giant shock to the GOP system, which it apparently needs if it is to survive as a party and/or re-adopt conservative principles.

We will not be any worse off after a brokered convention. But it could provide the spart for a shake-up.

Enough with the mormon cr*p.

Romney WON the California conservative vote!!!
MCCain won the state, because of moderate voters.

That is the main base of Romney support - CONSERVATIVES.
