Well let’s see, so far tonight I’ve been busty, busy, big, and loaded.

And for this, we are all truly thankful.

I mean what good is a big, busty, busy gal if she's not loaded? Wouldn't gimme the time of day, I tell ya, not even at night.

When in Ireland, do as the Irish do!

My kiddos have been there, absolutely loved it. Hope to make that journey someday myself.

The music of poets once carried caravans across the great deserts.

Sung in a simple metre of the animal's footsteps, it transfixed weary travellers on their sole objective... journey's end.

The poetry is called 'rajaz'.
It is the rhythm of the camel.

Lawrence

They are doing great. Piper’s birthday was last Monday and we talked to them. They were planning a little party for her
when all her little friends were well (you know how little
ones are in the winter).

Thanks for asking!

Oh, yeah, I've been at those family dinners.

Too bad all the sisters are married now. I used to like watching a boyfriend come for their first family dinner.

They'd fill up on the large bowl of pasta they'd be spooned out (If they were thin, they needed it; if they were big, they could eat it; you couldn't escape). Then, there'd be some last in the platter, so they'd have to have a little more.

THEN, when they couldn't breathe any more, the table would be cleared.

And out came the meatballs, sausage, bracciole, chicken and roast beef.

It never failed to amuse.

sigh. never been there. never left the US for any reason.

OTOH, last week, I applied for a passport fo the first time. Don't know when I'll ever use it, but who knows. My father has gone back to Ireland a number of times over the years to find the house he grew up in, the house he was born in. (One of those two is still there.)
