To a 69 year old Christian, what has happened since 1973 is a horror that cannot be excused. At the time, I thought that abortion would be rarely used. To imagine 1 million abortions per year was not contemplated by me.
During my 4 years in high school, I only knew 1 girl that became pregnant. She moved to stay with her grandparents and came home 1 year later after an adoption.
Her boy friend was generally thought to be a scoundrel and he left town in disgrace.

Pray for an end to abortion and the conversion of America to a mindset of life!

I became pregnant while still in high school. I kept the baby and though the circumstances of his birth have never been mentioned ( I married his dad & divorced him 13 years later) my son calls ME every year on HIS birthday to tell me "Thank you for having me".
He is the sweetest guy & a terrific husband and new dad.

I have never understood the logic of preserving trees (or air or whales or whatever) for future persons when those future persons are actually ‘non-persons’ in the logic of pro-Choice.
If the rights of people alive today pre-empt the unborn (who have no rights), then why not just enjoy ourselves and trash the planet?
