I agree. As a FredHead, I really pulled for him to move up in the polls. But it just doesn’t seem to be working. (Yes, I know, one big reason is skeptical voters like me).

If I were voting in SC, I think I would have to conclude Fred will be gone next week...drink some Maalox...and vote for Huck. We can deal with Huck later.

Stopping McCain will be awfully difficult if he wins today.

Forgive me - but what in the hell are you thinking? Or, are you letting the MSM and dubious polling data do that for you?

Instead of voting against someone, why don’t you vote FOR someone. Later states will stop McCain. SC could stop Fred by thinking like that.

Vote for Huck?? Thank you for proving that the MSM stillrules and most Republican are braindead morons!!!!!

How friggin stupid can people be. HUCKABEE?????

Fred isn't the one who is dead, THE REPUBLICAN PARTY IS DEAD!!!!!.

Apparently the Republican party is full of dummasses who will vote for JIMMY CARTER III to Stop JIMMY CARTER JR.

IF McCain and Huck are the face of the Republican party, then I want nothing to do with that party or the ignorant people who would vote for them

Are you out of your friggin' mind? Let me get this straight.
A. You're a Fredhead.
B. You're skeptical of Fred's chances because of media polling.
C. Therefor, as a Fredhead you conclude the best course of action would be to vote against Fred.

Just brilliant.

Yup - another Freeper with real convictions! /sarcasm

The polls say that the guy you most identify with is losing so you don't want to be identified with a loser so you'll vote for who the polls say is winning so that you can be on the winning team no matter what. That shows real courage of your convictions - NOT.

Maybe if all of you that say you are FredHeads actually vote for him - Fred will win!

This has got to be the nuttiest "logic" I have read all week.

Let me pose a question: Do you WANT Thompson gone next week?

If you were to vote in South Carolina (I'm glad you're not) wouldn't you rather deal with Huck NOW?

I'm going to leave this alone now, because I know I'll never figure it out.

Drive-By paid-for, poll hugging alert. Get a grip man. The polls have a terrible track record. Fred is surging.

BTW, Mitt's the best alternative to Fred. Haven't you heard Fred's criticisms of Huckabee.

Well I'm sure glad you are not because that's the dumbest thing I heard in a while.

“I agree. As a FredHead, I really pulled for him to move up in the polls. But it just doesn’t seem to be working. (Yes, I know, one big reason is skeptical voters like me).”

It’s not what the polls are, but who comes out and votes.

“If I were voting in SC, I think I would have to conclude Fred will be gone next week...drink some Maalox...and vote for Huck. We can deal with Huck later.”

Deal with Huck now by voting for Fred.

There is no way Fred will drop out before super Tuesday, Feb 5th. Nor, do I expect the other four major candidates to drop out before then. But after 2/5/08, I expect a lot of drop outs—just not Fred. He has more money than McCain or Huck.

“Stopping McCain will be awfully difficult if he wins today.”

Nope. Romney will stay for 50 states and will easily pull more candidates than McCain.

You are wrong--to vote for Huck would lead to defeat. Same with McCain. Stop drinking the MSM koolaid. I will vote for Fred if he is on the ballot on super Tuesday--regardless. If only I and two other smart people vote for Fred, so be it. Where is that Freeper spirit of "we're sick of RINOS and we ain't gonna take it any more?" The buck has to stop somewhere. Let it be with each one of us Fredheads.
