Romney would take this state from the wicked one.

I have read the thread. Your pics were not a “courtesy”.

Lame attempt to pretend they were.

Do you really think that Romney as a nominee could win MI? I had not heard that one before. Probably HRC would get a demented laugh out of that.
>>

The scenario plays with it being his home state AND MOST IMPORTANTLY the Democrats in general gutted them. No vote, no campaigning, no media buys, nothing. Romney smashed McCain there. Not a 2 or 3% win. A big win, and he drew some independents too.

Michigan is in recession and the governor there, a Democrat, is very unpopular. Also, with no dems campaigning there, filling the screen was one guy and only one guy promising to help their industry.

He can steal Michigan’s EVs from the Democrats. It can absolutely happen.

I had read that AR pastor Huckabee opposed the conservative “takeover” of his Southern Baptist Convention, which began in 1979. Does anyone know if this is true?

When bush tried to implement his agenda it was McCain and other Rinos that stoped him,and of course the GOP was playing hear no evil see no evil...

George W. Bush, slayer of the Republican Party

Agreed. And the more I think on that, the more I lean toward McCain. Maybe he was right all along.

40% of Florida has already voted?

Giuliani has been pushing HARD for those early and absentee votes.

This only leaves 60% in contention.

Giuliani wins FL and FL becomes irrelevant. Feb 5 becomes a four way between Giuliani, Huckster, McCain, Romney

McCain makes Bob Dole not only look electable, but Dole makes McCain look like an incoherent Captain Queeg.

Lord have mercy.

Michigan will not vote for Hillary, but they would vote for Obama IF he had the nomination.

I would still hope they’d vote for Romney...we are so in trouble here with Hillary-Lite.

It’s nice to see how so many of you think a lame joke is so noteworthy. That’s probably why I don’t normally use tag lines.

Hannity mentioned, that on immigration voters, McCain didn’t do as well as Huckabee! Since this is an open primary, it means little or nothing in McCain’s favor. He got blown away in Wyoming and Nevada, in closed caucus.

“the efforts by Giuliani to get his voters out early.”

This is a factor. Hannity said 40% was in. That may be a little low. Jeb will get the Cubans to vote for his guy.
