Even major events cannot trump everything else in eight years.
I have mentioned enough things for you to sit up and take notice. We can handle single issues to perfection and still lose the nation. I have grave concerns regarding things that took place under Bush’s watch. For a true conservative those things would have been handled by reflect. Under Bush they weren’t.
You’ll have to pardon me, but when folks start picking at the absense of titles, I begin to realize I’m dealing with someone who is more interested in the sanctitiy of individuals than the sanctity of our nation.
We both know he’s the president but I’m not going to type president 100 times a day just be prove I respect him.
For the record, I do repsect what I can. I do not respect what I can’t. And I do address him as President Bush at times. It depends.

Thanks La Enchiladita;^) and yes I could not agree more with you here:
The Democrats have gone off the cliff and want to bring the rest of the country with them. They must be resisted, defeated, etc., to keep this country on solid high ground. Its our patriotic duty.
Agree; absolutely.

Mitt’s not at the top of the list, but he’s a heck of alot better than McCain!

Good web design is partly about interoperability. Try a darker shade of grey, like this one, maybe in italics. (The hex code for that grey was 444444.)

While I appreciate you criticism, I do get notes of approval more often than not. I have three different computers, and I can read the text perfectly clear on each. I may be wrong, but it seems like you may have your screen adjusted to a setting that is too bright. While that may seem good for you, an adjustment that is too bright can damage some screens in the long run, mostly the old CRT type.
Do you see any difference in the text you supplied at all on the first line of this post? I don't. I used your html on the first line here, exactly as you presented it. When I look real hard, I do not see any difference between 'this one' and the rest of the line.

Here it stood out starkly on my screen and was very readable.
I am sorry you are having a hard time with it. I do use itallics as well, and if I limit my differences to itallics or darker text, it will defeat a part of what I am trying to do.

Maybe so, but there are too many of us who wouldn't vote for him to be the town dog catcher. ...nor McCain, nor Guiliani, nor Huckabee.
Rush pretty much nailed it the other day when he pointed this out.

Agreed! There are far too many of us who will NOT vote for a RINO, or a mix involving a RINO. We're DONE. People can say what they will, but it's becoming more visible and apparent as time progresses that we aren't going to change on this. I suppose we'll just have to wait for the braindead GOP to nominate the RINO or their choosing and see what we all pencil in on the ballot. Maybe THEN they'll get the point. Of course it will be too late by that time and everybody rooting for ole Willard will be in shock because we didn't vote for the smart guy with nice hair.

He's probably lying through his teeth to get elected. His father wouldn't do it and he lost. His son learned a valuable lesson, or maybe he is really sincere and has converted to Conservatism after 8 years of liberalism. I dunno.
There was a great article about Mitt's dad in one of the liberal weekly newsrags, TIME, Newsweek, I have to find it. It explains a lot.

I rather doubt he’s “converted”... There’s enough doubt that it’s impossible for him to instill confidence with my group before the election. If the GOP nominates him, they will commit suicide. They might not realize it until after the election, but that will be the outcome.
