The Romney’s are the photo of an all american family... Has he ever had a speck of dirt under his fingernails?I wonder too. I saw him in person at the Dallas Freedom concert. Everyone was wearing Texas casual, including Gov. Perry, except Romney who showed up all formal in suit and tie. That's what I liked about W, he wasn't afraid to roll up his sleeves and be informal at times.

IMHO, bottom line is that the US wants that “change” thing. Polls of congress are at historical lows. Not to mention the polls on the presidency right now. People want an “outside the beltway” executive. Either Obama or Huckabee or Romney. Fred is an inigma, out of office for a while, and more of a back to basics insider. Romney had his night. Good for him.
