I find it very troubling that so many media people/spouses/family are working for campaigns.

my defense ? took a drink every time they said “change”

You are absolved. I can see you played the game as it's supposed to be played; left it all on the thread.

Well done

We agree. In almost every category, Mitt has it all over the other's. I thought last night their behavior was that of a clique of jealous school girls. They made Mitt look like the frontrunner, and only hurt themselves in the long run.

I really do think they're jealous of his hair......his brains, his money, his looks, his personality AND everything else! : )

That’s my concern- I’m not as un-interested in VP slot as I used to be. Not sure I want Rudy to be that close to the oval office.

Rudy might also be effective as Homeland Security.

I REALLY want Hunter as Defense Secretary.

Mitt comes across as a polished Annuity salesman, and worse, one from my former state Mass.

LOL

You should try having a cogent conversation with them on politics. It’s enough to make you pull your hair out.

They’re for every liberal public funding of everything, but they don’t want to pay for it.

“Here it is: If it comes down to Rudy and Obama or Hillary...I will vote for Rudy. Would you feel more comfortable with Hillary or Obama in charge?”

Just to be clear, that was pentelopesire’s comment, not mine.

“I’d give it to them rather than vote Rino. I’d then pray for a Gingrich type 2010 Congressional revolution.

People are falling for superficial traits....when the dem winner pulls a “Allow gays in the military” on day number #2, the people will awake from their slumber.”

Yeah, it’s hard to disagree with what you say. You are so right about people falling for superficial traits, even a good number of them here on FR as well. It’s truly amazing how gullible some people are.

If you like Fred you need to vote Fred, if for nothing else than to give us arm twisting leverage on Mitt if he’s wins or Guliani if he wins...THINK DAMMIT!

Guiliani? The guy who’s daddy was a mob thug and who is godfather to the kids of a guy who is currently being prosecuted for mob ties?

Sorry, I was being tongue-in-cheek, mocking the complainers here.

I didn’t pay enough attention to see if, or what kind of, favoritism there was.

Most of the networks are playing up McCain these days.

Mitt was mah-valous...!!!

So vote for a smooth talker— like Clinton? If you vote issues and for the consistent and trustworthy man, the rest will work itself out.

If you definition of "working itself else" is having President Obama, more power to you. If Thompson is the VP with McCain or Mitt, I'll call that a victory based on the way Fred ran his campaign.

Until he has the nomination or drops out.

Your opinion, but I picked Romney back in the spring or early summer. Amazing how it is playing out!

Long way to go yet. I don't think Mitt will win the South.
