If you have the time these two interviews with Laurie Mylroie on Charlie Rose PBS program are very interesting. When Bill Clinton's name is brought up in the 2002 video Charlie Rose gets very uncomfortable? wonder why.

Laurie Mylroie earned her doctorate in Government from Harvard University, with a specialization in the Middle East. She also studied Arabic in Egypt, at the American University in Cairo, and has traveled extensively in the Middle East.
Dr. Mylroie taught in the Department of Government at Harvard as an Assistant Professor, and later became an Associate Professor in the Strategy Department of the U.S. Naval War College. She served as the advisor on Iraq to the 1992 Clinton Presidential campaign and personally briefed the candidate on that issue. She was also a Research Fellow at the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. Her subscription internet list service, “Iraq News,” has provided comprehensive news coverage about Iraq since 1997. Mylroie's articles have appeared in The American Spectator, Atlantic Monthly, Commentary, Los Angeles Times, The New Republic, New York Times, Newsweek, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, and other journals. She has been called to testify before several Congressional committees, including the 9-11 Commission.

Its interesting to see the Democrats drag their feet on supporting the war in Iraq. Doctor Laurie Mylroie explained well when interviewed many of the reasons why U.S. government agencies might be our own worst nightmare at getting at the truth about 9/11 when they were supposed to inform the 9/11 Commission, Senate Select Intelligence Committee and Iraq Study Group corrections.
Asking the State Dept and CIA Clintanistas to testify before these 9/11-Iraq committees is almost hilarious as the U.N. asking Iran to sit on the Human Rights Council.

I wish people payed more attention to what she is saying rather than what I have to say.
People can learn a lot from her. I shouldn't have to define her in sound bites. Sometimes there is a desire for instant gratification when people could be doing more on their own to learn about her role.

Free Republic is not always just about providing info. Its also about sharing ideas.
I will take heat for stating the “2nd video starts towards the end” when I really meant was 3/4 of the way. MY-bad for not being explicit.

Check out Peter Lance who's written several books about it all including his latest Triple Cross: How bin Laden's Master Spy Penetrated the CIA, the Green Berets, and the FBI--and Why Patrick Fitzgerald Failed to Stop Him.
Basically it seems, no real mystery, just federal employees screwing up and covering up and covering up. Mr. Lance names them and why. I'm waiting for the blow up.
It took years to get any truth about Ruby Ridge and Waco -- Americans who demanded the truth were ridiculed and threatened but they hung in there.
Imagine what federal employees (elected, appointed, and civil service) will do to keep the lid on the WTC bombing, 9/11 -- as bad as Ruby Ridge and Waco were the cover up here is enough the shake Washington like nothing before. IMO.

I believe saddam was part of the bombing in OKC.
