"Sorry for congressman Kucinich. Hes a nut, but hell give you an honest answer." I agree with you there. Would never vote for him, but would love to have a dinner with him. Interesting guy.
Prayers for the whole family.

Sympathy to Dennis.
IIRC, there’s an old proverb that says that no family can (honestly) put
a sign on their front door saying “There are NO problems/crises here”.
There are just certain commonalities that hit everyone, no matter
where they fall on the political spectrum.

Perry Kucinich was seriously mentally ill, presumably schizophrenic, and Dennis was his primary caretaker much of his adult life. It is pretty nauseating that a few people here would make ugly jokes about this sad end to a life that never had much of a chance.

Kucinich is as nutty as they come, but I've never detected any malice in him. He believes what he believes and he's not going to change his position just to score points, I don't have to agree with him to respect him. He changed his position on abortion so that he could make a no-chance-in-hell presidential race in 2004.
But prayers for him and his family.

I don’t agree with a word Dennis says but he seems like a really nice guy and he walks the talk. He is passionate about his beliefs and he doesn’t waver. God bless him and his family. How hard this Christmas will be for them all.

Sounds like he had long standing mental health problems. I hope he found peace. This could happen to any family.
“Perry Kucinich was a talented artist who produced a prodigious volume of work. Some of his works have been on display recently at a local art gallery. He and his brother Dennis were planning another showing of his works in the spring...
He was an admirer of the works of Klee and Picasso, and the style and structure of his artwork derived from their influences, said Dennis Kucinich. He was a genius. He had extraordinary insights. Although he struggled with mental illness, with the help of his family and friends, he was able to lead a productive life.
The Kucinich family is very close knit, said family spokesman Andy Juniewicz. This is a devastating loss to each and every member of the Kucinich family. Dennis was very close to his brother Perry. He watched after him, and he loved him dearly. The two spoke nearly every day. He was more like Denniss son than his brother.

It is so hard not to respond like someone over at Douchebag Underground or KOS over something like this, especially after thinking about how those lefties expressed their “concern” over Dick Cheney’s recent heart issues and Tony Snow’s cancer. Prayers to the Kucinich family.
But it is Bush’ fault and he should be impeached.

From the article:
But Kucinich had allowed style to manhandle substance; he was against everything, rather than providing solutions of his own.
Dennis hasn't changed any....
