For those who do not know the History of the Federal Reserve, a group of Americans wanted a Central Bank, and one of them was John D. Rockefeller.
Now to get this Legislation through Congress, they enlisted Woodrow Wilson, saying if he would sign this Bill, they would get him elected president. They did that by getting Teddy Rooservelt to split the Conservative vote by running against incumbent President Taft -- so it was a three way race.
Now there was a problem with getting the legislation through the Senate. But Senator Nelson Aldrich, the maternal grandfather of Nelson Rockefeller, was able to do that by keeping the US Senate in session with two other senators on Christmas eve, and the three of them passed the Federal Reserve Act.
Fast forward to the 1970s. Hillary Rodham Clinton helps Nelson Rockefeller bolt forward politically in the Watergate hearings. A promise is made to make her husband, Bill Clinton, Governor of Arkansas (Arkansas at that time was controlled by Winthrop Rockefeller).
Nelson Rockefeller becomes Vice President to Gerald Ford, as close as any Rockefeller as gotten to the Presidency.
Fast forward to the 1990s. Realizing the Democratic Party is in trouble in Arkansas, Win Rockefeller is a Republican. The only son of Winthrop Rockefeller becomes Lt. Gov. under Mike Huckabee.
I was reading something about this a few days ago, itersting stuff!
I wonder if Mike Huckabee's sensational rise in the polls is due to some Rockefeller/freemason influence.
I might be wrong about all this, but it is more a case of people need to be aware.
The fact that Arlen Spector used the term Scottish Rite to save Bill Clinton from impeachment makes me leery of Freemasons...
I am concerned if our next president is beholding to the Rockefellers (Huckabee). Might not be much difference a Hillary or Huckabee presidency, except we might have to hold our noses from the smell from Washington more often if Hillary is elected...
Amen... I have NEVER like huckster... I think it has something to do with the water in hope.
LLS
I don’t care for Mike Huckabee.
But I will tell you this...Win Rockefeller....both the father and the son....were fantastic people.
Without Winthrop Rockefeller there would be no Republican Party in Arkansas at all. Winthrop Rockefeller served as Arkansas governor reluctantly...every reform he tried to make was opposed bitterly by the Democratic machine. They started rumors about him, they called him names, they pulled every trick.....and in the end they drove him out of office a broken (but not bitter) man. He is a hero of mine.
Win Paul Rockefeller, his son, had one overriding interest....and that was the Boy Scouts. There are a lot of things a multi-billionaire can do on weekends and most of them don’t choose to dress up in Boy Scout uniforms and go to camporees. Win Paul would have been one of the greatest governors Arkansas ever had. He spent his own dime and scoured the country for economic development in Arkansas and never took any credit.
I drove to Little Rock to view Win Paul’s body lying in state. He and Ronald Reagan are about the only politicians I would make the long drive to honor.
My state is better off because of the (highly opposed) efforts of the Rockefeller family to try to establish a two party system here.
I do not think I have ever heard a more stupid response by a preacher over the WWJD question. Yet he promotes himself as a spokesman for Jesus. Then again there was much deceptive seduction over the Clintons, so could well be in the works again.
As a rule I don’t like or trust slicksters. I trust slick preachers even less.
Four members of the American I.G. board were prominent American citizens and members of the Wall Street financial elite: C.E. Mitchell, chairman of National City Bank and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York; Edsel B. Ford, president of Ford Motor Company; W.C. Teagle, another director of Standard Oil of New Jersey; and, Paul Warburg, first member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and chairman of the Bank of Manhattan Company.
Directors of American I.G. were not only prominent in Wall Street and American industry but more significantly were drawn from a few highly influential institutions. (See chart above.)
Between 1929 and 1939 there were changes in the make-up of the board of American I.G. The number of directors varied from time to time, although a majority always had I.G. backgrounds or connections, and the board never had less than four American directors. In 1939 presumably looking ahead to World War II an effort was made to give the board a more American complexion, but despite the resignation of Hermann Schmitz, Carl Bosch, and Walter Duisberg, and the appointment of seven new directors, seven members still belonged to the I.G. group. This I.G. predominance increased during 1940 and 1941 as American directors, including Edsel Ford, realized the political unhealthiness of I.G. and resigned.
Several basic observations can be made from this. First, the board of American I.G. had three directors from the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, the most influential of the various Federal Reserve Banks. American I.G. also had interlocks with Standard Oil of New Jersey, Ford Motor Company, Bank of Manhattan (later to become the Chase Manhattan), and A.E.G. (German General Electric). Second, three members of the board of this American I.G. were found guilty at Nuremburg War Crimes Trials. These were the German, not the American, members. Among these Germans was Max Ilgner, director of the I.G. Farben N.W. 7 office in Berlin, i.e., the Nazi pre-war intelligence office. If the directors of a corporation are collectively responsible for the activities of the corporation, then the American directors should also have been placed on trial at Nuremburg, along with the German directors that is, if the purpose of the trials was to determine war guilt. Of course, if the purpose of the trials had been to divert attention away from the U.S. involvement in Hitler's rise to power, they succeeded very well in such an objective.

Well said. This Arkansan couldn’t agree more!
I’m not surprised!
The Clintons never do anything that isn’t calculated to help them. Hillary’s Socialist/Marxist theories have the potential to destroy America.
The Clintons got into the WH the first time by DIVIDING the repubs - and I’ve always believed Perot knew he was being used by the Clintons to divide the repub party.
WE CANNOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN AGAIN!!!
While Huckabee may have been a Baptist preacher - he’s not strong enough to be President. Just having a relationship with God is NOT ENOUGH! You have to be worldly-wise - and I believe that’s scriptural.
I’ve recently met with some long-time friends in ministry (20 years) who have proclaimed they were sent to DC (some time ago), and were to pray for the Presidency - and they believe God revealed to them that He had already chosen the MAN.
While some of you may not believe that .. that’s okay. I believe it.
The KEY for us is not to get dragged off the cliff by a deceiptful group (Clinton, Inc.), and fall for a candidate who is really not good for America.
Again .. the Clintons will do anything to WIN .. and we must not allow ourselves to be deceived again.
That's interesting. Got a source or link for that? As i recall, Bill Clinton wasn't saved from impeachment.
I will have to work on the source.
Bill Clinton did go into the impeachment process, but Arlen Spector's vote was critical and was in favor of Bill Clinton...
It required 67 votes for conviction — not enough Dems were going to cross over. True, Specter’s lack of support may have helped make the episode an embarrassment for the Repubs, but there was no chance Clinton would be removed from office.
He claims there were three possible outcomes according to Scottish Law -- Guilty, Not Guilty, and Not Proven.
He used Not Proven for his vote on the process.
President Andrew Johnson was impeached (removed from office).
Bill Clinton went true an impeachment trial, but was not removed from office.
Thanks for the clarification.
Hardly.
Gov. Winthrop Rockefeller got wiped out in the 1964 election, swamped by the anti-Goldwater vote.
At that point, Arkansas returned to its traditional role, as a Democrat fiefdom.
You're mistaken. Like Bill Clinton, Andrew Johnson was impeached (i.e., indicted by the House). And, like Bill Clinton, Andrew Johnson was not convicted by the Senate.
