The kid who mentioned that the perp thinks he has a “bug” planted in his head, said that he thinks it was implanted years ago when he was in the army, then said he didn’t know that the guy had ever been in the army.
If there are a lot of flares, and they are wrapped tightly enough, it would still make for a dangerous bomb.
