Are you going to vote in the November 2008 election no matter who wins the Republican primary?

Posted on 11/25/2007 5:29:03 PM PST by cradle of freedom

I would like to know if you are going to vote in the November 2008 election even if your candidate does not win. Will you stay home if you don't like the Republican candidate?

Another thing that I have often wondered about is whether people actually stay home when they are disheartened. News commentators often say that some voters may have decided to stay home because they were not happy with the candidates. I think that is a mistake because even if you do not like the person at the top of the ticket you should at least vote for the other candidates. Have you every actually stayed home and not gone to the polls at all because you were not happy with a candidate?

Yes. Without a doubt. Those that stay home are a disgrace, helping facilitate a Hillary victory

The surest way to elect Hillary is to nominate Rudy.

Here's the truth, for those idiots that talk about staying home- what a childish, selfish act

A Hillary Presidency would last 8 years... No matter how much she falters, the media will continue to shill for her, and gush in her glory...

The country will become far more liberal, and we can forget about a GOP president for several years, as Obama will be groomed as her successor... Today's PC world is nothing compared to what 8 years of Hillary would mean... I won't even go into how many judges, at all levels, will infest our country...

You ultra-radical "conservatives" (i.e.-Savage listeners or Hunter supporters) are going to help elect this beast.

"I will not vote. I am sure that there will be enough converts from the “sky is falling, quick vote for him even if he is a RINO” to offset my non-vote. Flame away."

Let someone else do the dirty work for you? You sound like a liberal.

If it comes down to Hillary versus Rudy, Hildabeast is going to win.

All of you who would sell your soul to vote for a pro-abortion, gun-grabbing, cross-dressing, adulterous, pro-gay agenda, open-borders, liberal globalist with an (R) by his name - only to vote against the pro-abortion, gun-grabbing, pro-gay agenda, open-borders, liberal globalist with a (D) by her name, are making the biggest mistake of your lives. You WILL regret it.

With the exception of a few decent people here not willing to sell their souls, this thread is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life. Seriously.

Living in the People’s Republic of California, I don’t think it matters if I vote for the ‘pubblie or not. This degraded state’s electoral votes are gonna go to the ‘crat no matter what I do on election day.

Yep, sad but true. I will vote for, Bono, Batton and write in Hunter if they allow write ins this election. Crappy Voting machines may be outlawed, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the system we had, good paper trail, was a liability to some i guess.

Even the worst of the Republican candidates is better than the best of the Dems.

Depends, I guess, we did pretty well with an opposition congress, maybe we could again?

Yeah, I sound like a liberal. Brilliant.

Look, I knew I was going to get a post like yours, and frankly I do not care.

I promised myself that I will not vote for a RINO for the simple reason that if we do not have the courage to vote for conservatives, we won’t get one again. If you wish to vote for the latest lefty appeaser, no one is standing in your way.

Have a nice day!

I’ll vote for the Republican, no matter who is nominated. I will not stand idly by and watch Hitlery goose-waddle into the White House.

What GOP candidates, in your opinion, can beat Hillary?

Hunter would get my vote.
Romney would get my vote with holding my nose.
That is about it. The others will result in a blank. I will vote for appropriate Senators and House electables.
