I would like to know if you are going to vote in the November 2008 election even if your candidate does not win. Will you stay home if you don't like the Republican candidate?
Another thing that I have often wondered about is whether people actually stay home when they are disheartened. News commentators often say that some voters may have decided to stay home because they were not happy with the candidates. I think that is a mistake because even if you do not like the person at the top of the ticket you should at least vote for the other candidates. Have you every actually stayed home and not gone to the polls at all because you were not happy with a candidate?
Anything to keep the dhimmi-crats outta the White House...
Yes!
“but if Ron Paul is nominated, I will convert to Islam and move to Iran.”
Okay Alec Baldwin.
I will vote Republican no matter who it is, because any crappy Republican is better than Hillary.
We can NOT let Hillary win, no matter what.
I won’t vote for ghouliani, but will vote on any number of down ticket races, tax measures, initiatives and so on. Staying home is not an option.

Hey just think some of the voters begin making the selection process in just another 38 days or so.... Isn’t that exciting to think that now we truly are going to see who the actually voters want to be the nominee.....
Ditto here in Illinois.
I will not vote for Rudy but that won’t stop me going to the polls. There are plenty of other races that I want to vote in and I like the write-in idea.
Btw, huge article today pushing Ron Paul’s candidacy in the Wash ComPost. The only reason for this is to sow discord in the GOP.
ditto
Is the Pope German?
That doesn't mean I'll vote for one of the two major party candidates, but I will vote.
If you write your own name in, or vote for someone other than the GOP candidate, you'll make it possible, and I hope you enjoy it.
Remember, the time to divide us amongst the different GOP candidates is NOW. Once the primaries are over, we need to re-unite behind whichever candidate gets the final nod in Minneapolis.
I would walk over broken glass to vote for the GOP — YES!
Absolutely, positively!! I believe I would go insane if Hillary or any of the Dems were elected.
Duncan Hunter is my first choice and Fred is my second. But, I will not stay home and pout if they are not on the ballot.
So you'll vote against the gun grabbing baby killer Rudy, as well?
No. If Hunter or Fred and maybe Romney (although I’ll have to think hard about supporting Romney) are not nominated you can count me out. Better to take a short term hit for a long term gain. If we nominate a RINO this time you can kiss the Republican party goodbye. Without a conservative platform the GOP will not last long anyway.
I feel the same way. I want to throw people out face first out the door who tell me that.
YES, yes and yes again.
