Isn't it funny how women are supposed to be smarter than men, yet they disproportionately end up with dangerous men?

Not really. I would expect that more women would end with dangerous men than men would end up with dangerous men. ;>)

If more Christian men would step up and dare to be the spiritual head of the household and be strong in their convictions, many of the women wouldn’t feel the need to seek out a seemingly strong man of another faith. Too many Christian men fall into the PC trap and forget that the Bible puts them in a role of leadership and responsibility. Feminism and the “modern” society be damned, God intended for men to be strong and women to be loved and taken care of by the men. Many may try to say it ain’t so, but our instincts tell us what He intends for them to tell us.

My youngest daughter married an Afghani. It took her about seven years to get smart and dump him. She was to stay home, have children, not have her name on anything they owned and get an allowance from him to run the house. He had all the money, could do what ever the hell he wanted to when ever he wanted. The good side is I have two really great , Christian, grandchildren. The one smart thing my daughter did was insist the kids grow up Christian and not Muslim, and they did.

I know a Christian woman who married (legally, anyway...) a Moslem. I think she did it just to help him get a green card, I really don’t know. Very soon after the wedding he wasn’t living with her, and she seemed unconcerned.

This woman is heavy-set, tall and not very attractive, though she did seem to have a nice disposition. Maybe she was desparate, I just don’t know. Very sad though.

Clearly she got used—but maybe she was asking for it.

At the beginning he claims that many of the women who supposedly converted to Islam had accepted Christ.

Obviously these women are born again and there is no way they would exit their Christian faith to join Islam.

Years ago, a friend of mine who is now 71 yrs. old was engaged to marry her brother’s college roommate (a Muslim man from a Middle Eastern country). One day they were just talking and he said, “You do know that when our children are born they will be sent to my country to my mother for her to raise don’t you?” . . I do find that there are women who somehow are attracted to "differences". They have sometimes had a disappointment with one of their own. The female mind is a mystery in many instances. My liberal spouse (bless her) went to see Betty Mahmoody (sp). Betty lectured at the local Marconi club here. Her Muslim man inveigled her to Iran. She wrote the book, "Not Without My Daughter".

She was trapped in Iran. Wife says Betty told the audience, the kindness of Iranians was overwhelming. The lady an daughter "crossed the frontier" in highest drama.

One just cannot fathom it out. After all, a poor Italian immigrant, lonely and desperate waited tables etc, for two years. One wonders how many lovely flappers scarce glanced at him. How many woman rejected his company. He got into movies. He played his part in "The Sheik".His early death had females commit suicide.

I suspect she will marry one eventually, if only to give the finger to her parents(who have forgone much to see her through University of Virginia).

I, for one, hope that she does not meet such a fate...that would be a terrible end for a Virginia girl.
