Actually Jim, one of our candidates sees something that is more important than Life.
Votes.

The following are my stands on Rudy:
Anyone who plans to vote for Rudy in the primary is either grossly misinformed or about as conservative as Vladimir Lenin.
If Rudy is the nominee, anyone who decides to vote third party next November and help Hillary or Obama be the next President is someone who needs their head examined. Rudy sucks on several important issues. Hillary is bad on every single issue, so bad, in fact, that I would wear out my thesaurus describing how horrible she'll be. Rudy will probably not appoint judges I like. Hillary will probably appoint judges who want to lock me up for having an independent thought.
That's my stand, and it won't change. I will oppose Giuliani with all I have, but I will vote for the GOP nominee because none of the current Dem candidates should be outside of a jail cell, much less in the Oval Office.

Yes, something IS more important than life - the Lord God who created life.
Life did not precede the Lord God.
And that creator ordained: that we shall love the Lord God and our neighbor.
Would that the love for the unborn manifested here occur also for the born.

Jim...and everyone else willing to listen: I love you all but this is a terrible mistake.
There is something out there more important than life. Freedom. Its so important that its the one thing we spend our lives to defend. We are doing so now. At this very moment I'm typing from Camp Arifjan Kuwait where friends of mine are getting into contact with the enemy every day. I've lost two of my friends while I was in Afghanistan and now, it looks as though out political establishment seems to be debating on an end to the war.
You may not like it, but voting for a candidate who cannot win against a defeatist opponent in the Democrats is tacit support for Democrat policies. Against this enemy at this time such a move is catastrophic.
We have the opportunity here and now to beat the Democrats and as little as I like him, the former mayor of NYC just happens to be the one who can beat Hillary.
What would you do? Would you reduce the entire race for the White House to the single issue of abortion to the detriment of the others? I can only repeat, this is a disastrous course and it leads to Democrat victories in November.
Lest we forget, we pro-lifers thought we were getting someone in W. who we felt could affect meaningful changes in abortion policies. Where are they? A hard fought late-term abortion ban. That's it. While it is something there are other considerations and we don't discuss the workings of our sewers while the barbarians are at the gate.

While I agree that abortion is evil, and should be outlawed, I believe that honor is more important than life.
