Very difficult to decide on a favorite, but the first that comes to mind is the fish sandwich that Hardees used to have in the late 80s/mid 90s. I must have had about 100 of those things back in college.

Nah....Ahi are yellow fin tuna. Save the belly and the skeleton for broth, Toss the skin and fins.
While I was in Michigan for my niece's wedding, my younger brother caught a decent size channel cat off the back of the boat while we were guzzling beer.. We nailed it to a cleaning board and stripped its hide off and got two two pound fillets for dinner.
The roadside fish are small fry. A ten minute walk over to Suisan fish market at 5 am , you can see 100 to 300 pounders on the block for the local markets.
