Prayer request: humblegunner is ill [Update @ #707]

humblegunner has been in the hospital since last Wednesday, October 3.

He has been extremely ill and today, after four days of antibiotics and the removal of a large amount of fluid from the area surrounding his right lung, he is finally beginning to feel better. His doctors have said that he will be hospitalized for several more days.

My brother had a “fever of unknown origin” (twice a day over 105, shaking chills for over 2 weeks) that ended when they did some biopsies and ended up removing his spleen. They never found the specific infection, but sent slides of his tissue all over the country for study.

He joked “I may not have gone to Harvard med school, but my spleen did!”

No telling where Humblegunner’s will go to medical school.

The Mini has 60,000 miles in 4 years. I’ve never driven that much before and definitely enjoy it - a guy on a motor cycle told me my car was cool!! I still love “The Prince” and would definitely buy another.
