Fred Thompson on Harry Reids attacks on Rush Limbaugh
Congressional Democrats are trying to divert attention from insulting our military leader in Iraq and pandering to the loony left by attacking Rush Limbaugh. He is one of the strongest supporters of our troops, yet Democrats claim he is not being strong enough. I wonder who General Petraeus and his troops think is most supportive?

I've read a lot of articles and posts on this Limbaugh thing, but so far, I haven't been able to find the exact quote, transcript or audio of what exactly he said that all the democrats are condemning.
Any link to what was actually said?
To: Pistolshot
Most obnoxious quote by far was from Tom Harkin, a man who lied about his participation in Vietnam. Other Demoncrat radical and liar and the people of Iowa should dump this guy.

Mitt’s response was more realistic. Fred’s soundbite just sounds too politically correct.
To: Petronski
But hey, he's young, energetic, accomplished, has an impeccable personal life, and his gray temples make him look like Reed Richards! And what is Reed Richards?
Okay, yeah, yeah, I know, pliable, but he's also SMART!
Maybe I should start calling him "Mr. Fantastic"....

Wooden nickles have value...Yep. I was looking at a backyard fire pit the other day, where they'd work perfectly as kindling. Come to think of it, so would Mitt fliers and lawn signs.

Mitts response was more realistic.Willard should add it to his talking points. I think he should throw Rush Limbaugh under the bus in every campaign stump speech.
Do you have his ear? Encourage him to start doing this now.

Senator Thompson was right , my guy was not . Not even wise enough to remain silent until he got it straight . I take these things as indications of character .

Thanks Trisham, but it wouldn’t help much here in Canada.
