The FBI is asking for the public's help two identify two men who have been seen acting strangely aboard Washington State ferries recently.
According to federal agents, passengers have seen the men on several occasions exhibiting unusual behavior. The FBI did not say precisely what that unusual behavior entailed.
Anyone who knows the men or there whereabouts are asked to call the FBI at (206) 622-0460.
They look damn odd ...just testing to see if anybody notices them or hauls them in for questioning..I think that’s all these embedded terrorist cells are doing right now...testing to see what shakes and what doesn’t....
All they are doing is using our own laws of freedom to kill us.

ARTICLE SNIPPET: “”They had more than the average interest in the working parts of the ferry, the layout of the ferry, the size of it — more than you would see in normal passenger,” said FBI spokesperson Robbie Burroughs.
The FBI says the men were seen on more then one ferry and more than one run over the past several weeks. They were also taking photos of parts of the boat, which the agents won’t reveal, but that apparently aroused the suspicions of passengers and crew alike.

The FBI says the men had an unusual interest in the layout and workings of the ferries.
“We got several different reports of this, these same gentlemen,” said Burroughs. “We’ve attempted through law enforcement means to identify and locate them and we’ve been unsuccessful.””

For the height all they need to do is contact the operators of whatever ferry that was and ask them how high the railing is that those guys are standing next to. : ).

Interested in the working of the ferries? I'd say they would be interested in "trip time". Ferries can be outrun pretty easily. To take one over doesn't seem logical.
There must be more to this.
That sounds like a very good idea.
OPINION:
Generally speaking, jihadis have been interested in mass transportation for quite awhile and that includes ferries.

They look like ferries alright.
Height is rather irrelevant when you have their full face. They’re probably between 5 1/2 and 6 ft with normal builds.

The videos were local TV coverage.
