BS. I have rarely heard Libertarians speak about guns or taxes. Drugs and porn are their bread and butter.I'll take exception to anyone who wants to go running to fedgov for yet another abuse of the Commerce Clause. I don't care what you want it for unless it's justifialbe as a legitimate use of that power for it's intended purpose (hint - keeping people from using drugs or look at pictures of nekkid people wasn't it).

Well said!
Worth repeating....
The liberaltarians (who mistakenly believe they belong on a conservative forum because they are for lower taxes and support the Second Amendment) see ANYTHING that threatens their hedonism as "government interference." They lack even the most basic understanding of the Constitution as evidenced by their belief that "limited government" actually means no government. In short, they are anarchists at heart.
And the follow up remark from Appy?
Worth repeating twice:
Drugs and porn are their bread and butter.Drugs and porn are their bread and butter.

Nope. But nice try. Any other reasons you support a libertine society?

If Meese’s group sues porn producers and importers, that’s not nanny-state big gov’t. Many porn sites from overseas feature underage models who in some cases are sex slaves.

I want pornography forced on people.
Strapped into a chair with "Ginger Lynne's Sweaty Shennanigans, Part IV" playing.

“Promote the general welfare.” I guess we’ve just given up, and started posting talking points best suited for Hillary Clinton and the common good.

So, quoting the Constitution of the United States of America is “posting talking points best suited for Hillary Clinton”?
Do you REALLY believe that or is pornography so important to you that you will do anything to protect it?

I’ve seen the depths of your knowledge in terms of the law and the constitution, so I’d prefer not to drag myself down this road.

Do you REALLY believe is such a threat that you'll do anything to get rid of it? This has ALWAYS been the attitude of the left, IGNORE the problem until the threat is so great that we are all in peril.

Let's have sweaty snugglebunnies.
And let's videotape it.
We can sell it for $24.95 on the internet.

Do you REALLY believe that or is pornography so important to you that you will do anything to protect it? This statement seems to assume a clear definition of porn and of protection.

Zealots of any stripe are dangerous. The Sanhedrin used the same argument about two thousand years ago.

The liberaltarians reject the authority of the government to even define it. Using a term like "liberaltarian" or "losertarian" is tantamount to saying "I lose."
