This statement seems to assume a clear definition of porn and of protection. The liberaltarians reject the authority of the government to even define it.

The liberaltarians reject the authority of the government to even define it. Using a term like "liberaltarian" or "losertarian" is tantamount to saying "I lose."

I am libertarian and I recognize 'the powers reserved to the several States will extend to all the objects which, in the ordinary course of affairs, concern the lives, liberties, and properties of the people'. The federal government does not have the right nor responsibility to engage in the moral affairs of the citizens of the respective states.
